This 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, Private Patio, spacious living area, backyard, and detached garage. Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers, this home offers comfort and convenience for exploring all Rochester has to offer. Book now!

Entrance from back door near garage - please park your car on driveway to get access inside Sunroom from back door - you will find garage remote there.

Laundry Service: Laundry services are available for guests who stay 3 nights or longer. If your stay meets this requirement, you are welcome to use the laundry facilities during your stay.

Instructions for Use: Please follow the provided instructions for using the laundry equipment. If you need assistance or have any questions, don`t hesitate to reach out.

Guests Staying Less Than 3 Nights: Laundry facilities will not be available for guests staying fewer than 3 nights. We encourage you to plan accordingly.

Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property with no refund given.

Dance Competition Weekend

We came to Rochester for a dance competition. It was an easy commute to the venue and came back to the comfy/cozy house. The beds were comfortable which was great after 15 hrs on our feet at the competition.

Great Location / Great Service

We stayed for two nights and were happy with the house. It was super convenient to the airport and the freeways. The washer went out during our stay and the property manager showed up within 20 minutes of my notifying them of the issue. When they weren’t able to immediately fix it, they took the laundry and washed and folded it offsite and offered to do that for the remainder of our visit. Great people to work with.

The house suited our purposes of visiting our son who works nearby very well. It was clean and spacious enough with enough supplies in the kitchen to make our own meals. Unfortunately, my company's network policy doesn't work with the internet service provided. It worked fine for our own computer, but I had to go elsewhere to work.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear that WiFi worked well on your personal computer! I’m sorry to hear you had trouble connecting with your work laptop. We have Greenlight Internet which is standard fiber-optic provider in the area, and guests have complemented about fast internet speed after a smooth experience across all their devices. Especially since a majority of our guests work remotely. This is the first time I’ve heard of a compatibility issue with a specific work device. I assume that sometimes, company- managed laptops have strict security settings or VPNs that can interfere with certain networks. If I had known during your stay, I would’ve been happy to help troubleshoot or offer suggestions. Thanks again for your stay, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
