Access is from the alley on the left of the property. You can park at the back and use the side door to access the unit. You will be provided with an access code.

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 2 blocks from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.
Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.

This is the lower part of a duplex. It is an historic house in Charlottetown, renovated yes, but you will still be able to hear the guest on the second floor form time to time. If you are very sensitive to noises this might not be the right place for you.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
Quiet times are 9 pm - 9 am are strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.
No Smoking (250$ fee)
