The apartment features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room, all for your exclusive use. Outside, you'll have access to a private patio and outdoor seating.

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.



Getting Around:

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.

Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing external stairs.
