Hi there Rachel! My deepest apologies! The hot tub was originally scheduled for only the winter months and wasn’t ment to stay during the summer. That has since changed. I don’t know why the grill wasn’t out during your stay, but we’ve replaced the grill with a 36inch griddle with all utensils 🙂. Since your stay we’ve continued to update and add to the home and look forward to earning a return stay 😊

Thank you so much for choosing our house for your stay. Your review is kinda misleading as I guess you didn't save when finished. There was an issue with your stay not having the "pet fee" attached and the co-host was wanting to get that squared away instead of canceling your stay as I have this as a requirement. The fee is attached on other platforms and was expressed during conversation that it was to be attached here. When trying to get that squared away as you were coming to the house with large dogs and already offering a heavily discounted rate, you were not okay with this and very become very aggressive in conversation. As the time continued I the host apologized for the inconvenience and covered this for you, fixing this fee for future guest. Allowing you to stay and not canceling it. We hope to have you back again in the future and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The issue has since been fixed. Thank you -Bryan
