Steps to the beach, come share our Maui dream.

Kihei Bay Surf is a cozy 2 story complex of 80 studio condos across the street from the beach. The complex is well kept and clean, with a great pool and jacuzzi area, complete with lounge chairs, 2 barbecues and tables, tennis court, laundry room, and plenty of parking. Our condo is a second floor unit, with private lanai overlooking the tennis court and pool area. Recently remodeled, it has everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals and dine in, coffee maker,toaster, crock pot, ice maker and blender for those drinks on the lanai! It has a very comfortable queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, wireless internet, and phone with free nationwide and Canada calls. Pay per view can be arranged. There is a radio CD cassette player or you can play music Cd's in the DVD player, so bring your favorites. Dresser with 3 big drawers and a closet for hanging clothes, so unpack, put suitcases in closet, and stay awhile! There is an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes basket for your convenience. Condo is uncluttered and roomy, with 12 foot of glass across front wall. With a fan in the vaulted ceiling, the air conditioner hardly gets used, as with locking front door security screen, front door can be left open and the islands ocean breeze flows right thru the condo. There are tennis racquets and balls in the closet, along with chairs for the beach, cooler, beach towels, boogie board, and air mattress for pool. Across the street is Kalepolepo Park and the NOAA Humpback Whale sanctuary. The sunsets are magnificent from this stretch of beach, that runs continuously all the way around the bay to the Maui Ocean Center, approx. 8 miles, making a great place for a morning walk or run. Lahaina is 45 minutes away, where you can take a ferry to Lanai or Molakai, or whale watching cruises, snorkeling trips out to Molokini.This complex is perfectly located and quiet and this condo is the perfect home base for all your Maui activities. Why spend your vacation money on expensive lodging when you spend so little time there anyway? Relax here at the Bay Surf and fall in love with Maui and all it has to offer.

Excellent Location and Perfect accommodations

The condo was great, had items for us to use, chairs, cooler etc. We loved the local vibe of Kihei, the locals were great. Kihei is location is great, since we were new to Maui we did alot of site seeing put in 600 plus miles. Next time more beach time.

Christmas in Maui

Our son had a wonderful time in Kihei while visiting his sister. The Condo is in an outstanding location and close by to many attractions in Kihei and beyond. The Condo itself is a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy your stay in Maui. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach is just across the road. Patrick and Catherine are wonderful host, and we look fwd to using their condo in the future.

Quick Staycation

I have stayed in Kihei before and this quaint unit was perfect for a couple. Parking was a non issue and access to the beach was a simple walk across the street. There is plenty of good options if you donā€™t want to cook and overall this rental and manager were top notch. Would rent again when in the area.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and Patrick's home was just what we wanted. A spot to drop our bags and hit the beach! The essentials were there for us to cook breakfast and pack lunches and to make yummy blended drinks for an evening in the hot tub!! Really appreciate you opening your home to us for the 12 days! Great Honeymoon Stay

Patrickā€™s place was a spot for my wife and I on our honeymoon trip. The condo is centrally located in the island, and was an easy drive to all the great hikes and beaches in south and west Maui. Also set us up great for an early start on the Road to Hana. Check in process and check out process weā€™re both very easy. The condo was very cozy and comfortable for the two of us, and the A/C cooled the the condo off quickly after hot days hiking and snorkeling. Patrick was very accommodating and easy to communicate with whenever we needed to reach him. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The condo was just right for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and an abundant of bath towels was supplied. As well a varied assortment of beach items (chairs, cooler, mats, beach towels, umbrella, fishing rod, pool noodle, boogie board etc.) was available. The A/C in the suite was much appreciated during our stay. The complex has a jacuzzi, pool and a tennis court and the beach is just across the street. Location-wise it was central which made it very easy to reach all parts of the island (we were able to do the road to Hana to the Seven Sacred pools and back in twelve hours with many stops).

Fantastic place to stay

We had such a great time here. The condo was just what we needed for our time in Maui. The complex was quiet and felt very safe and it was nice that it was so close to the beach. We appreciated the amenities (especially the beach chairs and snorkel gear) provided in the house. Patrick was great in communicating with us and making sure we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to return to Maui.

We are Patrick and Catherine Reichert. We were married 4 years ago on Makena beach here on Maui, and have come back every year since for our anniversary. We live in Montana, and a midwinter getaway is much to our liking. Montana is very beautiful in it's own way, but there is no beach there! We are both self employed, making it a bit easier to get away for time out! I am in construction and Catherine is a hair stylist. Both our families live in Montana, and it is home, but we feel right at home when we're in Maui as well. We both thank you for taking the time to look at our listing and condo, and we hope you will decide to come and share this special place with us.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We stayed here at the Bay Surf in February of 2012 and had such a great time that we decided to purchase a condo here. We both love to walk on the beach, listening to the waves, looking for shells and watching for whales.There is 8 miles of continuous walking beach right across the street. We love the sunshine, and Kihei gets the most sunshine, and the ocean is a bit calmer here as well. Everything we need is close by, and our condo is comfortable and cozy, and the complex is well cared for and relaxing. You can find bigger and fancier places, but you won't find one more relaxing. Our unit is back from the street, making it quiet both day and night.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

I never like staying in a motel and living out of a suitcase. When we stay at our condo, we feel like we are at home. Once the shopping is done and the fridge is stocked, it's time to take a swim, lay by the pool, or find a beach to enjoy. We can eat out on the lanai and enjoy the cool breezes and the starry night sky. I can't think of a better way to unwind and relax.
