The outdoor patio complete with BBQ and furniture is perfect for hanging out. The 3rd floor deck is ready for daytime sunning or nighttime lounging and wind-down time. Large laundry room with sink.

To make your stay even easier 2 cruiser bikes with lock, surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, coolers, beach chairs, backpacks, beach umbrella, towels, are all provided for.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay.

Enjoy this world-famous SoCal beach city with something for everyone to enjoy. You’ll be a short bike or care ride to the beach, a short drive to world-class shopping like Fashion Island, and John Wayne International Airport is just 6 miles away. Balboa Island is only 2.4 miles away.

Balboa Park is also fun. It’s a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities. Take a ferry to nearby islands like Balboa or Lido, and enjoy meandering the cute streets for a day. Also, Corona Del Mar is another charming place to visit, about a 4.5-mile drive from the home.

The home is 6 miles from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 44 miles from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach).

The best means of transportation is by car. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.

It’s a 3-story house, so guests need to climb stairs.

We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.

There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Using recreational drugs or partaking in illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- NO PETS allowed.
