Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms beach home with 4 beds.
2 car parking - garage and carport.
Perfect location - walking distance to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores or ride around on the bikes provided along with boogie boards, toys, volleyball, basketball, tennis rackets and more!
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided, comfortable, and relaxing.
Fans and smart TV's in every room.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! For the entire family, enjoy the amusement rides at the Fun Zone, numerous gift shops, and lots of bike riding, scooters, volleyball, and more.

We provide beach cruisers, chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, games, football, volleyball, tennis rackets, basketballs, smash ball, etc.
We have provided the home with a starter set of soaps and paper products. Fans in every rooms and a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom if needed.

Perfect location. A very clean house which is super cozy. Garage with toys and bikes which were very useful during our stay. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back.

Location, location! Very comfortable place, close to beach, boardwalk. Well stocked garage with equipment needed for beach. The area we were is very friendly & happy people. We enjoyed the stay.

Andrea's place was great! The description is perfect. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Check in & check out was super easy. The beach is just steps away. We had our 2 Labs with us--there's a park just across the street with pet areas. We were in town for a funeral but made the best of it. We'd love to come back later this year--we'll see!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good.

The location was perfect! There was a dog area right across the street. The beach was just steps away. We had 5 people in our group. It was the perfect size. Having bikes and chairs available was super convenient. Communication was outstanding. Check in process was simple. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The host provided several bikes which were very convenient to get around the area. The location is very close to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect location if your not looking to be right at the pier but close enough to walk. My kids enjoyed not being in the hustle and bustle of the pier the entire stay. They were able to ride the bikes to and from so it was perfect. My one and only “negative” is if your inviting people to join you for the day at the beach, parking is very limited in this particular area. It’s a neighborhood vibe feel, very homey atmosphere. My kids really enjoyed this area of the water.

We had a fantastic experience at this charming Newport Beach rental. The location truly can’t be beat—just a 1-minute walk to the beach, which made everything from morning coffee strolls to sunset walks super easy. It’s also a perfect spot for dogs, with plenty of walking space and a dog-friendly vibe throughout the neighborhood.The house was cozy but well laid out, and it fit our group of 6 comfortably. The host, Andrea, was incredibly responsive—she messaged back quickly every time we had a question, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.One of the biggest perks was the awesome selection of bikes and beach gear available for us to use. It made exploring the area and enjoying the sand so much easier and more fun.The parking situation is okay, but worth noting—there are 2 spaces, though they’re tight. A midsize SUV is about as large as you’d want to go. Still, having parking at all that close to the beach is a big win.All in all, this is a great little place in a perfect location with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Location, Location, Location!

Rather you’re doing a family trip, girls/guys trip, adult only trip, this house will not disappoint! We loved the location…accommodates everyone. Our family with kids ages ranging from 12-29 were greatly pleased with the basketball court across the street, the proximity of the beach (so close), restaurants/bars/shopping all within walking distance, beautiful neighborhood for long walks, and the cherry on top were 6 bikes that could accommodate our family of 6. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. Beach toys, chairs, towels all provided along with special touches all around the house…soaps, detergent, coffe creamer, extra blankets, games, and a personal list of favorite restaurants and fun things to do. We were so impressed and will definitely book this house again!!!

1 block from beach

The property is exactly as pictured online. It is one block from the beach. The beds were really comfortable, and the sofa was great for hanging out with family. Andrea is a great host and was willing to help ensure our stay was excellent. The light over the dining room did not work and the coffee maker did not work. I brought it to Andrea's attention right away and she was willing to send someone over to replace the light bulb and even ordered a new coffee maker, which was delivered the next day. However, we had already bought instant coffee and we didn't want anyone to fix the light while we were there.The only minor inconvenience is that the living area and kitchen were less roomy than other places we've rented. The kitchen was galley style, but there was a nice breakfast nook where six people could comfortably fit. The pictures online do paint an accurate picture. Being so close to the beach, we didn't stay indoors much anyways. My only suggestion would be to get umbrellas for the outdoor patio seating, and from a pure aesthetic perspective, update the kitchen and upstairs bathroom at some point. However, everything was clean and as pictured. Parking in the garage was too tight for our Honda Odyssey minivan, but we were able to park on the street pretty easily. What's also great about the property is that Andrea has bikes that you can use to explore the boardwalk area. It was one of the highlights of our trips we would definitely come back and stay again.

Great beach neighborhood

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet in the evenings. The house was in great condition and in a wonderful spot. The beach is a short walk from the house and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Very noisy main road

Pros: Amazing location! Great walking distance to the beach. The bikes and boogie boards were a kind addition and we used them daily. The host was quick to reply and pleasant to communicate with. Cons: If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing vacation spot you won’t find it here as the primary bedroom is right on the main busy road with loud traffic all night long! The whole house could use a good deep clean including the BBQ. The lights were very dim and dirty. Some light bulbs were out. The rugs were filthy. Also, a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser would be beneficial to guests to save on plastic water bottles. The plastic cups in the kitchen were cracked and leaked.

Fantastic beach home!

Andrea’s property was cozy, comfortable and an amazing place to vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and all the included amenities. The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage!

Great house

We had to find a place quickly and with a dog we weren’t sure there would be anything available and if so, we thought it would probably be gross. It was wonderful to walk in and find things well kept and provided lots of amenities. Andrea was super helpful and communicated well with all my questions and left good instructions for when we arrived. Recommend this listing.

Great location and amenities

Unfortunately, we only had a few days to enjoy this cute little bungalow. Most of our time was spent doing parent events at our son’s college, but we were able to enjoy the beach for a couple of hours for a couple of days. The location to the beach is fantastic, and bikes and chairs are provided. We didn’t have time to use the bikes, but we totally would have appreciated that amenity if time allowed. The house is definitely on a busy road, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. My only critique is it would be nice to offer some taller beach chairs. If you’re looking for a great location, clean home, and great amenities, this rental is it!

Great Property and Location

Wonderful stay at this well appointed and maintained rental. So close to beach, park and restaurants. All the beach amenities you need plus getting around on the bikes was so convenient! Just was responsive and helpful, and made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back

We chose this neighborhood because we can walk to the part of Newport Beach we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's no direct parking in front of our home so we can sit outside and enjoy the people watching as we talk and sip on a beverage. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or bike everywhere. We hope you love it too!
