Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the home. Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway in front and across the street of the townhome on a first come, first served basis. Please do not park on the street.

Please be informed that the resort pool resurfacing project is scheduled to begin on May 12. The project is expected to take approximately 10-12 working days to complete. If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
