Set your G00gle Map to head for Menifee, California, because that’s the quiet neighborhood where this property is located. Menifee is home to several parks, golf courses, and nearby hiking trails for outdoor activities. And it’s within easy reach of major attractions such as Motte Historical Car Museum, DropZone Waterpark, and various lakes.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE 2 LIVING AREAS

The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. Plus, there's a cozy fireplace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with the warmth and ambiance of a fire while you enjoy your favorite shows or unwind after a long day.

THE 5 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, there's 1 Large Sectional Sofa and Futons where anyone can sleep. The 3 Futons can be laid down to create a twin-sized bed. Adventurous group can easily sleep 18-20 people in this house

• Bedroom 5.5: 1 Twin bed inside the biggest closet. If you want maximum privacy, no noise, or your wife scolds you, 'this is the place.

• Living Room 2: three 3x Futon that can be folded out to form an XL twin-sized bed

3.5 BATHROOMS
Fully stocked bathroom with everything you need—shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels—including one walk-in shower for added comfort. 1 half Bathroom downstairs.

Massive Gated Yard: provides a safe space for your pets and kids to play and explore. Enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re safely contained within the perimeter of the house.

A large group requires plenty of parking, and here, the garage and driveway offer space for up to 5 vehicles.

Guest access
There is a small studio with their own private entrance on the left side of the house. They have their own yard and everything and they do not share anything with your group. The studio is another short-term rental. In summary, it's only your group who will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Lookout Cir, Menifee, CA 92585" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.

• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want? No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size.

• Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events

• Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.

• Security Devices?
Security Camera: One device in front of the garage, looking at the driveway, active 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

Noise decibel monitor: One device in the backyard. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints

Property Use: Commercial photography, filming, and professional content creation activities are subject to prior approval from the host.
