Our spacious 4-bedroom 2 bathroom retreat offers ample space for up to 10 guests making it perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or intimate gatherings with friends.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living space, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and charming accents. Large windows provide sweeping views of the glistening lake, creating a sense of connection with the natural surroundings.

Enjoy our free flowing living space with plenty of comfortable seating and a big Roku smart TV with tons of viewing options sitting on a beautiful brick fireplace. Situated behind our TV area is a relaxing Study with a piano, record player bluetooth speaker, tons of board games and an incredible view over looking Platt Lake.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring brand new appliances, and all the essentials for whipping up gourmet meals. Full range, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker and toaster oven are available with tons more. Enjoy your food on the breakfast bar, kitchen dinette, dining room table or outside to take advantage of the beautiful Tampa weather.

Each of the four bedrooms is a peaceful sanctuary offering plush bedding, large closests and tranquil views of the lake or surrounding area. Roku smart TVs are available in 3 rooms. Whether you prefer to wake up to the gentle lapping of waves or the sound of birdsong, you'll find rest and relaxation in every corner of our lake house.

Stepping outside of our historic country home you'll be greeted with a brick wrap around patio with seating. Spend sun-soaked days swimming and lounging by the lake or explore the lake with a 2 person row boat and 3 single kayaks. A basketball hoop, multi outdoor games like frisbee, volleyball, badminton and cornhole set are also available to enjoy with the lake view as a perfect backdrop. A 5 burner stainless steel BBQ grill set to enjoy lakeside grilling!

Extra Information regarding the home:

The whole home is available for our guests except for the following:

- The closet under the stairs behind the couch is not available to guests.
-The storage cabinet in the laundry room is also not available to guests. (washer and dryer ARE included for use by guests. Please clean dryer filter after every use)
- No garage access
- The dock to the left of the yard is the neighbor's dock, not ours. Please be respectful to our neighbors and do not use their property. Be mindful to children and pets to stay on our property only.

Must be over 23 to book

-Please be mindful this is a residential neighborhood. No loud music after 10pm. No excessive noise outside after 9pm.
- DO NOT drive on the grass around the home with any vehicles
- NO paper of any kind down the toilets. That includes toilet paper. Please place everything in waste basket. Any paper in toilet can result in clogging and plumbing issues that you will be responsible for.
- Do not pour any grease, oils, butters down drains. Please wait for grease to cool down and throw into the garbage. Grease can damage plumbing and cost will be on the guest.
- Absolutely NO showers, washer or dish washer usage after 1130pm. Excessive water usage after 1130pm can cause serious damage to the home. Please limit water usage to flushing toilets and light faucet use.
-Do not use fireplace.
-Beware of lake swim at your own risk. Please read additional notes in listing.
-Beware of natural Florida wildlife. Please read additional notes in listing.
-Be respectful to neighbors and their property lines. The dock belongs to the neighbor. Please do not use.
-Any damages or missing items will be charged
-No Smoking or vaping inside of the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw on property grounds
-Make sure all appliances are off when not in use. (toaster oven, coffee maker, oven, TV, light etc...)
-Do not lose ceiling fans remotes in bedroom. The remotes are the only way to operate the bedroom ceiling fans and light. A $60 charge will apply to lost or broken ceiling fan remotes
- Fire pit is available for use. Can purchase wood from home Depot and Walmart. Please be very careful when lighting fires to ensure no flammable objects are close by. Do Not overfill fire pit with wood and light big fires. There is a lot grass and trees and especially flammable during dry months.
