Welcome to Saint Paul, a boutique-style heritage property located in the heart of Old Montréal, one of the city’s most iconic and walkable destinations.
Designed for comfort, style, and convenience, this spacious two-bedroom loft blends historic architecture with modern hospitality, offering the perfect base for couples, business travellers, and guests looking to experience the authentic charm of Old Port living.
Set inside a historic Montréal heritage building, the unit features beautiful architectural character such as exposed stone and brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows that bring in natural daylight throughout the space.
The layout includes:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds
• Full kitchen with modern finishes
• Dedicated dining and living area
• A private bathroom
• Self check-in with smart lock for seamless arrival
*This is a historic property and does not have an elevator. Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
Every detail is designed to create a warm boutique-hotel atmosphere while keeping the authentic Old Montréal charm.
Please note that décor and finishes may vary slightly between units while maintaining the same overall style and quality.
Located directly on lively Saint-Paul Street, you’ll be steps away from:
• Old Port waterfront & scenic walking paths
• Notre-Dame Basilica
• Galleries, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife
• Historic cobblestone streets
• Easy access to downtown Montréal within minutes
Guests consistently love this area for its walkability, vibrant energy, and unbeatable location.
Because of the central Old Port setting, you may occasionally hear city sounds, Bars..., especially during summer events and busy weekends part of the authentic Montréal experience. We want you to be aware of the vibrant atmosphere that comes with the area, and we hope it adds to your overall experience.
Building does not have PARKING!
There is street paid parking near to our building and also public parkings within 3-5 min walking distance from our building, I recommend you to park at the public parking if you won’t use your car much as you can get daily pass from them.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules.
Government-Issued ID Requirement
As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) to be submitted as a scanned copy prior to your check-in day. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
Why do we need this? It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to ask.
