The Space:

Morning light filters across the cabin, framing the seasonal mountain views that stretch beyond the windows. Inside, the glow of the indoor fireplace draws you to the main living area, where the scent of pine mingles with the faint steam from the heated indoor pool. After a day exploring Gatlinburg, you can unwind in the private theater or challenge friends in the game room, all without stepping outside. Even in winter, the hot tub and fire features keep the evenings warm and inviting.



Sleeping arrangements

The cabin offers five bedrooms, each with streaming TV and its own ensuite bathroom. On the main level, a bedroom features a king bed with a private ensuite, while a second bedroom provides a full over full bunk bed. Upstairs, three additional suites each contain a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. With six beds total, the layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and multigenerational groups.



Indoor amenities

A year‑round heated indoor pool invites spontaneous swims at any hour. The private indoor theater boasts a large screen for movie nights, and the game room includes a racing simulator, multicade arcade machine, billiards table, and a game console. The fully appointed kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room make meal preparation and gathering effortless. Laundry needs are met with a washer and free dryer, and extra pillows, blankets, and room‑darkening shades add extra comfort. For younger guests, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby safety gates, and children’s dinnerware are provided.

Step onto the balcony to warm your hands by the fire table, or gather around the wood‑burning fire pit in the backyard. The hot tub remains heated year‑round, offering a soothing soak after a mountain hike. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work, while heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the interior climate comfortable. Safety is reinforced with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first‑aid kit, and an exterior security camera over the front door. Long‑term stays are welcome, and all guests must be 21 or older to book; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional notes

The cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, with decorations removed after the holiday period. The final half‑mile of the drive includes a single‑lane road and a 350‑foot gravel driveway; most vehicles can access the cabin year‑round, though 4WD may be needed in snowy or icy conditions. Check‑in and check‑out are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Pets are not allowed, but service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended. A 5 % discount is offered to active military, veterans, police, and firefighters; proof of service must be provided after reservation. Starter packs include towels, linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a few surprise extras.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.

Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
