With a 28' x 12' SALTED WATER HEATED INDOOR POOL WITH UNIQUE SMOKIE'S VIEW from the pool to enjoy the views while inside the pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and theater room, this cabin getaway offers everything you need for a relaxing group getaway. EXTERIOR PRIVATE MINI GOLF, GIANT CHESS, BOWLING LANE at the property. This cabin is located in a unique scenic view area. Peaceful mountain views await. Some great outdoor spaces include BBQ for cookouts on nice nights, FIRE PIT for s'mores and stories, a PAVED FLAT DRIVEWAY for easy arrivals that fit up to 6 cars and that fresh mountain air you've been craving. This cabin has it all! Comfort is our priority for our guests, that's why we provide with 5 STAR HOTEL MATTRESSES. We don't want anyone to sleep uncomfortable that's why we do not have any sofa bed. There is a cozy FIREPLACE in the main living area with a large well-equipped kitchen plus 1 SUMMER KITCHENS.

We know hi speed internet is a MUST that is why the cabin has 200 Mbps of internet speed. It has two Wi-Fi networks. One is the original Spectrum network and the second one is a wi- fi extender to reach every spot in the cabin.

By doing a reservation in this property you agree the following terms and acknowledgements

We have in effect very STRICT HOUSE RULES due to unfortunate guest behaviors.
Please follow the house rules including the following:

* Extra persons exceeding your booking are not allow to stay in the property. We have cameras outside the property checking number of guests and security at night checking the premises for no extra cars or guests. Exceeding maximum number of occupants is considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

* PARTIES/EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED

* Pets are not allowed. Bringing pet(s) is in breach of contract and you will be required to leave the premises immediately without refund.

* You must be 25 years old to rent this cabin. I.D required at check-in. Person making the reservation must be present during the entire stay

* Smoking is not allowed inside the property

* Check out time: 10:00 AM

* Check in time: 4:00 PM

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY

We will only accept reservations from first time renters and 5 Stars rated guests.

It is not uncommon to encounter wildlife animals, such as bears, squirrels, mousses etc while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains.

Cameras outside the property and machinery areas. No cameras inside the cabin.

Maintenance staff might be present at different times for maintenance issues. We make our best effort to have everything running, however be aware that certain things might not been in working condition while on maintenance period.

We provide ONLY a cleaning start up kit that includes, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee).
Sauna does NOT use water. In the case water from the pool or the jacuzzi is used it might stop working and fees may apply.
Animals: You agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your stay or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the Property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.

We always suggest travel insurance as we do not refund due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions or inclement weather conditions. During the winter you might consider and we strongly suggest to drive a 4 wheel drive and bring tire chains since we are located in the mountains

-Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.
-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.
-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.

Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

Acknowledgment & Disclaimer. You acknowledge the Property may have features, amenities, and conditions that are unfamiliar to you and other Occupants you invite to the Property. You further acknowledge that your use of the Property and its amenities may carry inherent risk, including risk of bodily injury, illness or disease, disability, or death. For example, some Properties include natural habitats for wildlife, insects, and pests that may expose you to injury or disease; or docks, stairways, porches, ledges, cliffs, hot tubs, and other unmarked natural or manmade features, amenities, and conditions that carry inherent risk. You agree that, by using the Property or its amenities, you voluntarily and willfully assume those risks and assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after your use of the Property and its amenities. You also acknowledge and agree that you and any other adult Occupants are solely responsible for closely supervising and protecting the health and safety of any and all Occupants that are minors, throughout the duration of your stay.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall the owner of the property nor their affiliates, co-hosts, nor their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, or owners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury, illness or disease, emotional distress, or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your stay at the property. This limitation applies to all claims for damages whether based on a theory of warranty, contract, tort (including ordinary negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damage and even if the limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
