The suite will be fully and thoroughly disinfected in between bookings.
There is No Smoking on the Premises (this includes the backyard). There's a nice park right across the road with seating for this.
No parties, No loud music. Please be respectfully quiet after 11pm on weekdays and 12am on Fridays, Saturdays + nights before a holiday. No Food or Beverages in the Bedroom Please no food in the Living Room area.
Keep stainable items (eg make-up and food) off the duvet cover, pillows and sheets.
Keep doors to the outside closed at all times. Critters and insects can pay a visit
No unauthorized guests or visitors in the suite. I will make some exceptions under certain circumstances please just ask first.
Absolutely No candles or open flames inside
Run the washroom fan 20 minutes after showering by keeping the light on Please squeegee shower doors after use.
Only necessary amounts of TP in the toilet! Do not flush anything else or it will back up
Laundry is available upon request
Run washing machine and dryer with a full load and use cold water - cold water detergent is provided. Clean dryer lint screen after use Do not run laundry machines or leave anything electrical on while out
Summer: Keep Airco off while out. Winter: Please don’t touch the thermostats. Happy to adjust the heat for you.
Wifi – No Illegal or Excessive Downloading Please remove street footwear before entering. Boot mat is in the hall for you.
Garbage/Trash
There are 3 receptacles under the kitchen sink. Details for use are on the fridge. Please take your garbage to the outside bins regularly.
Tuesday is garbage pick up day.
GREEN Bin – Bagged Organic Waste (Food + Plant) GREY Bin – Household Garbage BLUE Bin - Recycling (Washed/Rinsed Plastic Containers, Cartons, Bottles, Jars + Cans, etc.)
COOKING: Fish, bacon and strong aromatic spices are not allowed.
If you like to cook please be aware there is no exhaust above the stove. Cooking with foods with strong odors can linger and waft into the front hall and the apartment upstairs. Frying with oils will set off the smoke detectors for your safety and the smoke is difficult to dissipate. You may open the kitchen window ( a crack in the winter - full on in the summer) for relief.
STORAGE:
I understand if you are renovating or moving that you may want to store your items here.
Storage of any kind is Not permitted in the apartment or on the property. Please arrange off site storage for all your items.
We provide a completely furnished apartment with a fully equipped and operating kitchen.
All bed linens and towels, laundry and cleaning products are also provided for your use during your stay.
Extra furnishings, storage bins, boxes, appliances or electronics are Not permitted.
Furniture is not to be moved from its original location.

The location is really good, the unit itself is adequate.
Double, not too comfortable bed, minimal furnishings (we did not care, but there is no TV).

Thank you for your review! Most people tend to miss that there is no tv and that the bed is double which are both stated in the listing details, so this is helpful. I guess the comfort of the bed is subjective to the individual. I have had many guests from other booking sites say that it is very comfortable.

Really lovely apartment with everything you need
Really lovely apartment with everything you need, comfortable bed, closet space, nice bathroom and kitchen. Nicely decorated, excellent wifi.
Great location for King and Queen West, 2 minutes from a streetcar stop.
Will recommend to friends and stay there again myself

Lovely apartment
I stayed for 3 nights, in Toronto for business. The apartment, while small, was cozy and in the best area. Kathleen was so helpful with public transit info, etc. The key was kept outside so I could 'check in' at my leisure. The place was well decorated and clean and had all the basics, shampoo, towels, coffee, etc.
I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!!

Quiet, safe neighbourhood close to Exhibition Plac
Very well appointed main floor rental unit across from a park and steps away from King Street and mass transit. As I was attending a multi-day event at Exhibition Place, I primarily chose this rental based on its location, and I was not disappointed--Exhibition Place was a very easy walk from the unit.
The rental was also within walking distance of all the offerings of the downtown core. As we are walkers, we walked to St. Lawrence market, shopping around the Easton Centre, and found mass transit very easy to navigate to shops in Yorkville and Annex area.
Very good restaurant offerings within easy walking distance.
We met with the owner of the rental unit and found her very pleasant, gracious, and helpful.
This unit is perfect for a single or a couple, and for anyone attending events at Exhibition Place, you couldn't find a more convenient location.
We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super clean and charming
We loved the apartment . The neighborhood was great and convenient to lots of great restaurants and shops . The apartment was bright and airy and had a nice back yard where you could sit in the morning and night .our host , Kathleen was super helpful and answered all of our questions promptly . Would definitely stay at her place the next time

I LOVE living in this neighbourhood for its proximity to ANYTHING downtown and the walking distance to Queen West shopping, King West Entertainment, Financial + Fashion Districts, Kensington Market, Chinatown, Little Italy, The Waterfront, Metro Convention Centre, Rogers Centre (formerly Skydome), The CNE (Exhibition), Budweiser Stage, The Sony Centre (formerly O’Keefe, then formerly Hummingbird), Four Seasons Opera House, The Eaton Centre, The Ossington Strip (Fun!) There is a myriad of fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that I would be happy to share with you! I love our street because it is quiet, residential (again no condos!), and overlooks the Park, all in downtown Toronto. Stanley Park, btw, continues North and is known as Trinity Bellwoods.
