Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo in Waikiki with an Ocean View (NCU# 90/TVU-0346)

We take pride in our condo by reviewing and updating it every 6 months. We want your stay to be clean, comfortable and in great condition.

CONDOMINIUM:
The LIVING ROOM has a queen size SOFA-BED which can be easily unfolded for additional sleeping space. The BEDROOM consists of one cal-king size bed, dresser, two night stands and a wall-to-wall closet. The unit is equipped with 2 AC units; cable, internet and electricity are included. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The condo was recently remodeled with new tile floors. Granite coutertops in the kitchen, bathroom and lanai. All new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. A complete floor to ceiling remodel.

A completely separate KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, cooking utensils and dishes. The KITCHEN has a large window and a bar counter outside on the lanai. The BATHROOM has a dual entrance (from the bedroom and living room) providing extra privacy. The BATHROOM contains a standard size tub and shower combo opposite to His and Her DOUBLE SINKS. The bathroom was also completely remodeled The unit is equipped with a WASHER and DRYER.

LANAI:
The unit has a SPACIOUS OPEN LANAI (over 200 sq. feet) with patio furnishings, at night is a great place to relax after an exhausting day full of sightseeing/activities and enjoy a beautiful OCEAN VIEW and fabulous Hawaiian sunset. The lanai extends the entire length of the unit with 2 floor to ceiling glass sliding door serving access to the lanai.

POOL/SPA/GYM/BEACH:
The roof top recreation deck contains a swimming POOL, SAUNA, and lounge area with grill/BBQ pits and FITNESS room. You can enjoy a magnificent 360 degree view of Honolulu City, Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and Friday night fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Waikiki BEACH is only a few minutes away.

OTHER:
Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is just 2 blocks. Kapiolani Park with its many attractions including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, tennis courts and sports fields is located at the end of Waikiki. Public transportation is very convenient; buses come by every few minutes, and can take you to major places on Oahu. As of January 2015 construction has begun with the demolition of the International Marketplace.

Amazing location to stay during your visit to the island of Oahu! Walking distance from the beach, nightlife, restaurants and more. This was our second time staying at this location and we couldnā€™t have been happier!

Lovely condo stay

This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Waikiki. Great amenities, beautiful Lanai, location is wonderful for walking anywhere in Waikiki and if you need a car there is a parking space available for use. Check in is simple, as is check out. Perfect little getaway

Loved this condo. Loved the balcony. It was large and comfortable. Being on a high floor, was able to keep the doors open to enjoy the night breeze which was great for sleeping. Condo is completely walkable for anything you might need in Waikiki and the dedicated parking spot was a plus. Overall the best stay I have had from VRBO.

Great place for short vacation

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It has great location with easy access to Waikiki beach and many shopping centers. It also has a parking space inside the complex, allowing us to rent a car and drove to visit many interesting places, beaches and Botanical Gardens in Oahu. Thank you! We will be back!

Excellent place to stay with a great location!

We had a wonderful time for the two weeks we stayed at the condo. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and it was close to downtown Waikiki. It also had a parking spot for our Jeep rental. The property manager communicated everything well with us and was a pleasure to chat with. Overall, we had a wonderful time here!

Favorite property of all time

My family of 4 stays in Waikiki every 2-3 years and this is by far our favorite. The building is safe/secure and the balcony and view are amazing, not to mention the dedicated parking spot, the rooftop pool and quality beach equipment! Lastly, the location is perfect - so close to the shops, restaurants and beach! Would definitely stay again!

AWESOME!

This is by far our favorite condo of all our stays in Hawaii. It has everything you need for your vacation on the island. The location is only a short walk to the beach and is close to many restaurants. We had a minor hiccup when checking in due to our last minute reservation, but once notified, the owner made everything seamless. We're already planning our return in 2025 and there's no doubt where we will be staying!

2023 vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to international market place. Which has tons of shopping and restaurants. There is a nice view of ocean. Best part is having parking space. My family went all over island and it was nice to come back knowing we had a place to park.

Rating our stay

The property was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a bit of trouble accessing the place in the beginning but that was probably because it was dark, late and raining. Luckily, one of the guests told us how to get the initial key set. The place is right in the middle of the shopping district and not far from malls and great dining! We would stay there again.

Exactly what we needed

Spent a week here with our daughters, who slept on the pull out bed. It had everything we needed, including extras like shampoo and conditioner and detergent for the washer/dryer (which was in the room) and coffee filters. Bed is comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool, rarely needed the AC. Free parking space.

Great condo

Condo was very clean and just as described. It had everything we needed. Great location and view. Love that they had a washer and dryer in the unit. Nicely decorated and the furniture, I wish I could take home. So bright and colorful. The hide a bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Great Condo

We had a excellent stay, the condo is perfect in size and great value. Enjoyed the large Lanai, great place for relaxing. Good location, in the heart of Waikiki, and within walking distance to all the amenities. Better Internet would be a plus, maybe wired. The Wi-Fi was good for a phone or tablet, but almost unusable with a Laptop.

Fantastic location

This condo is in the perfect location. We had a car but it isnā€™t necessary as you have easy access to Waikiki Beach, scenic walking along the beach/canal, restaurants & shopping. With that, however, brings a lot of noise - hotel parties below, car alarms, sirens, road noise & early morning garbage trucks. Condo itself is small but has what you need.

We are the original owners of this condo since 1977. This is our home away from home. We are in California so we have the luxury of going to the best beachs but nothing can compare to Waikiki Beach.
