Best of the Gulf and Lagoon!

Enjoy the incredible beauty of daily sunrises and sunsets from our spacious, relaxing beaches at our little slice of Heaven. With 1,280 square feet of renovated luxury, a spacious den, dining area, two large bedrooms, and three private balconies, this unit has it all. New comfortable furniture, three large HD TVs, and a dining table that can easily seat 6. The breakfast bar is also a great place to chat while cooking and visiting with friends.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king size bed, 32' HD tv, private bath and private balcony. The guest bedroom has two full beds and is also located on the second floor with private bath, 32' HD tv and a beautiful private balcony as well. The new kitchen is fully stocked for a chef with utensils, spices, blender, coffeemaker, etc. The unit runs east/west with wonderful vistas of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of America from every room.

Summer House West also has a small beach area on the lagoon at the rear of the property with a large fishing pier, which is wonderful for families with small children, and a gazebo for grilling or just watching the spectacular sunsets over the water. Our swimming pool is always the perfect temperature for a dip and the Gulf of Mexico is only steps away on our deeded beach access across the street. West Beach is a quieter area of Gulf Shores but just a few minutes from all the action.

This property truly has the best of both worlds - the amazing white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, scenic Little Lagoon, and a pier for fishing and water activities - come experience Summer House West!

The property is awesome! Kid friendly! And everyone is so dang nice. We met alot of owners during our stay and all i can say is they are good people. Definitely will stay here again. Short walk across the road to the beach

Wonderful stay

This property was wonderful. The pool is great and the beach just steps away. Far enough from the center of town but close enough for a short drive to restaurants, shopping and activities. The balconies overlook the lagoon which was perfect for early morning coffee and evening sunsets. Lots of room in the condo unit. Having 2 full baths was great and washer/dryer was awesome for a couple quick loads. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great stay

Me and the kids had a great time. The pool was just right after a day at the beach, never too many people at one time. The place was very nice with 4 kids, plenty of room for us all to spread out if we wanted and enough room to all hang out and watch a movie too. We enjoyed having the option of the beach or lagoon as well. Thanks!

We liked the location of this condo right in between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, with easy access to both. The beaches along Gulf Shores are beautiful, with soft white sand and great views. The weather was perfect just about every day we were there. There was a pool too, but it was not heated, so we only used that a couple of times. The condo was quite comfortable, and had beachy decor to enjoy, Just about everything we needed was supplied for our stay. Any concerns that came up were dealt with immediately by the host, and the cleaning crew had everything fresh and nice for us when we arrived. One drawback was all the stairs to climb coming and going. Another was that beach chairs weren't provided, so we had to go buy some. Otherwise, everything was great, and we had a good experience!

My wife and I stayed at the condo for 2 months we tried to re-book for Feb and Marsh 2026 but it was already reserved .The condo was great 3 balconies ,spacious well furnished, well stocked kitchen except for the frying pans they should be replaced . All in all it was a great stay, communication with Joe was quick and helpful would definitely rent again.

Spring Breaking

This was on the lagoon side but a very short walk to the beach. Too far away to walk to hot spots. This place was more for peace and tranquility. The place fit our needs perfectly.

Just perfect

The place was perfect, beds were comfortable, the building was well built so even with neighbors and windy days,we heard nothing. We enjoyed the options of the beach,the lagoon and the swimming pool on days which were a little cool. We were having issues with vrbo and he was very helpful with that as well as any questions we had about the unit. We highly recommend this place.

Very nice beach condo

We were with a very large group that had a house across the street. This unit was very close and perfect for us. The host was exceptionally easy to communicate with and responsive.

Everything at your fingertips!!!

Wonderful owners, wonderful condo! Everything you would need plus comfort galore. Comfy beds, pillows, sofas, etc. We really enjoyed the 3 balconies and the great location. Close to everything! Chairs and umbrellas included in lovely, quiet Gulf Shores condo!!!

This condo was very comfy and all the beach themed decor was very cheerful. Walk over to the beach was short and there is very little traffic on this end of beach. There was a great view from all three balconies. Love love loved it!! Thank you!

Work-cation.

My family and I spent a wonderful 4 weeks at this beautifully placed condo. The location was perfectly situated for our needs. Close enough to restaurants and shops, but far enough to enjoy the quiet beaches! The condo itself was clean and well equipped. All the necessities! Relaxing and so close to the beach. The owner was responsive and communication was easy and quick. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next summer!

Breath of fresh air

I was extremely satisfied with our choice. Everything about this stay was as described online. There was no problems from the time we walked in until we locked the door on the way out. Compared to a Hi Rise condo I preferred this choice.

Great spot, first time visitor

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. So we weren’t really sure where to stay. But I’m happy we chose this condo. Loved having the short walk just across the street to the beach. Also having the lagoon on the other side was a great bonus! Our kids were 10 and 13 and they still enjoyed hanging out on the little lagoon beach. But it would be absolutely perfect for families with small children. Nothing as far as restaurants, stores, or attractions were really within walking distance (if that’s important to you). It was about a 5 min drive to all the attractions in the town, and parking wasn’t too bad. But we really enjoyed the location. It felt so peaceful and much less crowed, especially on the beach. Overall, we would stay here again. The bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, lots of seating options, with great views. Really a great place to stay!

Condo was top notch!

We were very pleased with this condo. I am very particular about a place being clean, comfortable and live up to what is advertised. This condo was the best I have experienced and we rent every summer at various locations. Not only was it nicely cleaned, but also very nicely decorated and up to date. I fixed breakfast and lunch everyday and had all that I needed in the well stocked kitchen. I had to contact the owner when we got there and he was quick to respond. There were some other owners in the condos around us and they were very nice and helpful. We loved having the best of both beach on one side and the lagoon on the other side. We rented kayaks and paddle board from Coyotes (who delivered them @ no charge) and spent a day on the lagoon enjoying the calm waters. On other days the kids liked riding the waves on boogie boards at the beach. The pool was also very nice and clean. We were just wishing it was a diving pool but we still enjoyed it. There are many places to eat close by. The owner gave us good suggestions. We ate at The Beach House more than once. We also like Tacky Jacks. One thing to be aware of is the stairs. It is quite a hike up 2 flights of stairs when you are carrying things back and forth. We are still young and strong enough to handle but I would not recommend for those that are challenged by climbing stairs in the heat. Another thing to be aware is the wifi does not work very well...so if you need or enjoy having a good wifi available this will be a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed this clean and lovely condo at Gulf Shores.

Would Recommend!!

The process was easy from the beginning to the end. The condo was just as pictured, clean, and beds so comfortable. All basic staying items, including some spices, were available. The pier to fish off of is amazing at night. Beach access is extremely convenient. Will definitely book same condo on our next trip.
