Great location

We have stayed in this building four years in a row. Beach is not too crowded because it is more residential. You have to drive to restaurants, but there are some close by. Our refrigerator went out and was not repaired by day four when we were scheduled to leave; however, they did refund a portion of our stay and were responsive to our requests.

The best condo!

We have been staying in the Mustique condo for over 20 years and this was probably our favorite condo to stay in. Comfortable beds, clean spaces, well appointed kitchen. Next time we are coming for a month!

Family Fun at the Beach

Lovely four bedroom condo that is ideal for families. Located on the west end of Gulf Shores, traffic is lighter and the area is quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Outstanding condo with Spectacular views

Floor to ceiling windows allow for spectacular views of the gulf & lagoon. Condo space and amenities were perfect. Easy beach access and no crowds were great. Location is away from crowds yet close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Adults and children all want to return!

Amazing Family Vacation

This condo is a beach dream!! It has plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Lots more square footage than any other condo on the beach! The views are amazing and you get the best of both worlds with the beach and the bay!! We loved staying here and are already planning to go back next year!! Fabulous condo

Beautiful Condo. Spacious with lots of amenities! I fought with the A/C the entire time bc it apparently is programmed to be 72 or 73 depending on time of day. The couches are super worn but other than that the place was beautiful. Beds super comfy. Youā€™ll need a step ladder to reach the master bedroom lol.

Perfect weather for a perfect vacation

Due to the forecast of 30% chance of storms we experience 2 days of many showers on the beach. It did not discourage. So as we continue to lay out and enjoy this overcast weather and listen to the ocean breeze it was still all pleasant. So no matter how the weather may end up always enjoy and be thankful for the beauty of God's creation

Heat Wave

The condo itself was very nice and pretty, but our stay was not comfortable. The AC was set by owner at 74 degrees and would not reset. The condo was hotā€¦annoyingly hot and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. The property manager was extremely accommodating and sent a service person to check it but he was unable to ā€œresetā€ it and override the owner setting. One of the pleasures of staying at the beach are the gorgeous viewsā€¦ however, we had to keep the drapes closed during the day to try to minimize any additional heat from the sun coming in. I would not stay in this particular unit again under the same conditions. It was very disappointing. We have stayed at Mustique many times and have always loved staying there. We love the pool, the front and back views, the grounds, easy beach access and the low key/less crowded area, too. I gave two stars for Accuracy of Listing based on the AC situationā€¦had we known, we would not have chosen this unit, paid over $3,000 and been so uncomfortable all week.

Amazing

This property exceeded our expectations. Here is why you should choose this one: 1.) The View: was so stunning no matter what time of day 2.) Privacy: this unit took up the entire left side of the 18th floor. 3.) spacious: this unit is very big! We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of space . 4.) So many bathrooms: this 4 bedroom unit has 4 full bathrooms and even a half bathroom 5.) fully stocked kitchen: anything you need for cooking meals . 6.) separate ice machine- one of my favorite things about this unit. Came in so handy 7.) full sized washing machine and dryer- made keeping clean towels easy . 8.) furniture/beds: very comfortable 9.) easy access to the beach: this condo has its own gates entrance to the beach. Took less than 5 minutes to walk across the small road . 10.) lots of parking 11.) sauna and steam room: perfect for our stay since the weather was cold and the ā€œhot tubā€ wasnā€™t really hot. 12.) management: very quick to respond with any questions we had and even reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back.

Dolphin view at Mustique

Condo was amazing! Just far enough from main Gulf Shores area, but still very close. Walk across street was not bad at all. Terrific views from multiple spots of condo. I had some issues with property management company ( Harris Properties). I had left a message after our arrival inquiring about parking passes. No response from property manager, so assumed nothing to worry about especially since there were multiple free parking spots available, but then found parking violation notice on car. Wash machine would not drain. I notified property manager. I was told would get a prompt phone call/ remedy. I ended up having to call again due to lack of promised return call, and found out property manager knew of washing machine not working pror to our arrival. (At this point we had a load of unclean towels, even too wet to place in dryer). They delivered a washer on last evening of stay. Upon using newly installed washer, I heard odd noise and then saw s water pouring into hall. I called property manager again ( after hours emergency line as states in in condo instructions) no answer, left voicemail, and cleaned up water as best as could. Called other emergency numbers that I found, all with same no response. I waited about an hour, and decided to try again, as this was a lot of water. A live person answered phone, and did not appear to know about previous voicemail. I was told a maintenance technician would call me back. Never received call back. Maintenance tech showed up next day while we were packing to leave. I assume washer was fixed... apologies for lengthy message. Overall, condo was GREAT, just would recommend different property management company if this was my property- especially in regards to customer service, and sense of urgency.
