Apt102 Beachfront Studio Steps to The Beach

Our EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Small, only 325 sq ft. Studio. Please treat it as if it is your home away from home. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to West Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the ground floor. Please treat our place as if it is your home away from home. Thanks!

Power OFF, A/C & lights when leaving the apartment. The apt stays cool for a long time after turning it off. Also any lights, TV, etc.
Before checking out, Please wash dishes and ;discard any garbage in the laundry area’s bin located through the Glass door to the right of the Apt
Shake off sand from everything, including chairs. Use the outdoor shower. DO NOT sit anywhere in the apt with lotion or wet clothes.

Great budget-friendly stay

We had a great time. The location is near-ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach is literally steps away. Ubers were cheap, too!

The place was very clean and comfortable, with a great host and an amazing beach view. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The only downsides were that the air conditioning didn’t cool the space enough for Puerto Rico’s warm weather, and the shower water wasn’t quite hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful. With a few small adjustments, it would be a perfect stay!

Thank you Carmen. I noticed when cleaning that the AC was not in the Cool mode with 70 as the temperature and also the shower loop was in between the cold and hot therefore in both scenarios, you were not getting the Cold AC or the Hot water. We make sure that both are working when we prepare the studio.

Just steps from a BEAUTIFUL beach!

Great studio! Very cozy and comfortable! It even had chairs and a cooler to use for the beach! Walking distance from restaurants and the strip!

Exactly what we needed

Clean, comfortable, well-supplied studio right on the beach - perfect for a restful stay. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, check in and check out were easy. We did not rent a car - our uber costs for the week were less than the cost of a rental. Would definitely rebook for a future trip.

Nice Modern Studio Apt.

This was a wonderful apartment to rent. It was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and beach items. I knew it was on the first floor which was fine but I would prefer to rent on a higher floor next time so I can open the windows!

Ellen took great care of our cozy studio. Left everything neat, tidy and clean. If you come back, you can rent our other 3rd floor apt. Not only can you open the windows, but you’ll be able to watch the ocean and waves as they come in.

Great studio for me!

This studio is small but had all I needed. Excellent use of space, wifi and tv, amenities and kitchen, right next to the beach, close to airport. Hector was great at communicating and answering questions. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars, casinos, and uber is cheap to go anywhere. Had a wonderful time!

The property manager was so nice and gave clear instructions on check-in which made it really easy. The condo was beautiful, clean, had good wifi and AC, a nice TV, and was steps away from a great beach. It is about the size of a hotel room, so perfect for a couple. It’s walking distance from lot’s of restaurants and a full size grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

CocoMar Isla Verde: Steps from the beach..

When we first arrived, Hector’s instructions were very thorough, though we had a bit of trouble finding the correct lock box. When we opened the door to our room, we immediately knew we made the right choice when booking our stay. The place was very clean, the lighting was nice, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better location (we spent a lot of time on the beach). The place was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but honestly it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Book your stay here!

Cute, cozy apartment by the beach!

We had a great time for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletry, cooler and beach chairs provided. It's located on the beach as advertised and is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was mostly quiet at night. The property is secure and we felt safe during the visit. Hector is awesome and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay. The location is perfect. Its small but efficient, you need nothing but food if you chooae to cook while your there. Hector is great, super helpful and very responsive if you should have a question or issue. I would love to stay here again, and hopefully in the near future I will! Thanks again !!!!

small but efficient apartment

This is a small but efficient apartment right next to the beach. I had everything I needed within the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants and bars. Many people struggled with the check in since there are many key lock boxes on the outside. However, once you found your box the stay is totally worth its money.

Excellent Cozy Beach Studio

Overall studio 102 is awesome. Very Clean and modernize. I recommend all couples to stay. I will definitely be back. Host was very professional and courtesy and gets back to you ASAP with any questions you have. Just got to love it. To next time.

Dennis and his wife were great guests. They took care of our place as if it was their own. The studio was left very neat and spotless. They observed all our House Rules. Dennis was very communicative and always in a very friendly manner. We highly recommend to any hosts.

I was born here in PR, but grew up in NY. Currently retired, after working in Wall Street for a 500 Fortune Company and for 35 years. I always wanted to return to my place of birth and so I moved back in 2005. Still have a place in Long Island, NY because I have family and friends there.

Although, We have a house, we decided to acquire this property because of its location. Isla Verde. One of the best urban beaches in the world. A very safe and active neighborhood. Also, love the fact that there are many English speaking owners that live in the neighborhood.
In addition, the many venues within walking distance, as well as, 24 hour supermarkets and restaurants. Just like NY. Hehe!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love staying in the studio, when not short renting because of the 25 steps to the beach. The amazing sunsets and the cool breezes from the beach, makes for a perfect evening walk. Also, being a walking distance to the El San Juan, The Ritz Carlton and the Sonesta and a few other Hotels, makes it perfect to meet people from all over the world. Platos Restaurant, Metropol and Las Canarias Deli are a short walk away as well, as many others, makes it perfect for not cooking while on vacation.
