We had a wonderful time staying on the Cape. This apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Our hosts were very kind leaving us treats upon our arrival. They made our first experience staying at a VRBO a wonderful one.

Quiet, beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at Katrina and Michael's rental. The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the serenity and beautiful landscape, especially the estuary view. We would absolutely return anytime we may visit the Cape again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Michael and Katrina. The space was large and cozy and had every amenity we could think of. Loved the beach decor. The washer and dryer in the bathroom was a huge plus and we appreciated all the closet space and drawers to place all our belongings. The location is ideal, giving easy access to all points on the Cape, while also being very quiet and private. The hosts are excellent and really went above and beyond in communication, making us feel welcome and leaving us little treats and snacks for our stay. Access to beach chairs, sand toys, coolers and beach blankets was so great. Our kids already said we're staying here the next time we visit!

Comfortable apartment. Good location

Michael and Katrina were very welcoming. The apartment is comfortable and if you want to prepare meals, is well stocked with cookware and dishware. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurant and store. It was an easy commute from downtown Boston and is a good venue for exploring more of the Cape on day trips.

Our personal rating is 17 from 10 :-) Such lovely folks .. best hosts you could imagine … highly recommended. Helped us in every situation… The place felt like being at home… with an incredible view from the garden. Best equiped kitchen ever! Would return immediately:-)-

Phenomenal Place to Stay!!!

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple or a small family! It is beautiful, clean and quiet. It is also great for a writer's retreat or a single person! Katrina and Michael are the most gracious, thoughtful, attentive hosts! The location is close to the Cape Cod Canal trail, if you're interested in biking! Monument Beach is also very close by! I highly recommend this wonderful gem in Bourne, MA!! Kay

The property is even better than described. There wasn’t one single thing that was not excellent

We had wonderful five days. It was like being on a vacation but still being at home, because the property is so cozy and it doesn’t lack anything. Very clean, very traditional Cape Cod style and at the same time modern and comfortable. The owners are more than just kind, when we got there they had some goodies and a bottle of wine for us, and on our last day they were even more generous with us. A lot of small touches that made us feel so comfortable and to enjoy our stay. I can’t find one single thing that was not just great. I would go back there again for sure.

Terrific apartment at entrance to Cape Cod, MA

We had a wonderful stay there for two nights, as a family of four. the hosts Michael and Katrina were super helpful with an initial email detailing the arrangements and local food options. They also set out an Easter egg hunt for our two kids, which was super sweet of them. Apartment was super clean and very well laid out for a quick weekend getaway. Location is very convenient at entrance to Cape Cod. Apartment is adjacent to house, set on a quiet street and a s short drive to restaurants and markets. Overall, a wonderful weekend and very highly recommended! Thank you Michael and Katrina for making this such a pleasant time!

Wonderful place and caring hosts

This stay was exactly what we needed. After a 6 hour airline delay we ended up arriving at 11:30pm with two little ones. I let the hosts know of our delay and they were not only accommodating and make the late check in easy, but they made up the futon for our kids and left some late night snacks out for us to enjoy. On top of all of that the place itself was beautiful, clean, and the perfect space for our family of 4. They graciously shared their raspberry garden with us (our daughter even took a handful for the road when we checked out) and made us feel very welcome our entire stay. We will definitely be returning!

Quiet And Easy Access To The Cape Area

The home was clean, well furnished and provided everything you might need for your stay. Some welcome snacks and drinks provided by our host were well appreciated after our trip. The house had a view of a cranberry bog and we were lucky enough to see them harvest the cranberries while we were there. The home was a short drive down to catch the Martha's Vineyard ferry. Recommend to take the drive down 6a out towards Provincetown and see the old part of the Cape and all the history. Being later in the season there was less choice of restaurants but the Lobster Trap and Corner Cafe were close with exceptional food and price. Highly recommend this home if you want access to the Cape Cod area, Rhode Island, or Boston from one place.

Quiet Weekend Getaway on the Cape

We stayed here for a long weekend Cape getaway, the apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood but is close to restaurants and grocery stores. There's a marsh across the street where you can spot Osprey and herons. The layout of the home is open and inviting with a comfortable couch and futon in the living room. We enjoyed the homemade cookies provided by our hosts on our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to prepare meals at home (only thing missing is a baking sheet). We received a very informative email shortly before our arrival with helpful instructions for our stay and the location of a couple of local restaurants and stores. The location is very convenient to Plymouth, Sandwich and lots of other sites of interest on the Cape. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in this area.

amazing experience in cape cod. the owners were very hospitable and decor was amazing. you can tell great detail and catering to guests was top priority. cleanliness was top notch. everything you need was provided or address by owners. even lounge chairs were provided for beach visits. cant say enough good things about the place and owners. looking forward to staying there again

Beautiful setting and friendly hosts

Our hosts thought of everything! We don’t want to spoil surprises for other guests, but know you will be welcomed and treated like treasured family. The accommodations were perfect and the family gave us all the privacy we needed AND offered to share in their beach and backyard toys. Excellent visit.
