This endearing, completely renovated, cozy beach house has everything you need to relax & have fun. It's located in the Parkwood Beach Association, which is a small private community surrounded by beaches, complete with tennis & basketball courts (coming soon), and kids can play on the swings & the jungle gym at the nearby park. This Cozy Cottage also has a small desk area and WIFI if you need to do a little work while on vacation!! Hopefully you'll be using the WIFI to binge watch your favorite shows more than doing work!! THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA GUEST FEE OF $20 PER/NIGHT PER EXTRA GUEST.

This delightful cottage is right on the waterway that leads into the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, outside shower, a back porch with a grill and a fire pit. Relax while you enjoy all the new amenities, which includes beds, pillows, sheets, beach towels, bath towels, blowdryer and plenty of outside eating & sitting areas. You will be extremely comfortable with a ceiling fan in every room along w/ brand new, state-of-the art, heating & air-conditioning system. Please feel free to use the washer & dryer in the basement along with the kayak, bikes, and other outside games. The Master bedroom has a water view, TV, a full bed, closet and 2 dressers. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, that sleeps 6, 3 dressers, and a Trunk full of board games, cards, and toys. The bright, sunny, open concept kitchen has a breakfast nook with an adjustable table that can seat 8. The kitchen has a granite bar with 4 bar stools for extra dinning. The living room has a sectional couch that pulls out into a full bed for extra guests. The 65 inch flat screen TV is equipped with Dish Network, surround sound, a Wii console with plenty of games, DVD, VHS, and lots of movie selections there for your enjoyment. We also have a Smart TV with WIFI for set up onto your youtube, Netflix, or amazon account.

You'll love this cute, quiet, home that's just a stroll to the private sandy beaches, which have docks for the kids to enjoy jumping & swimming. This is the perfect little beach house to fish, bike, walk to the beach, swim, boat, or just sit back and enjoy the view by the fire pit. My favorite thing to do is to take the kayak out to the ocean, from the water way in my back yard. We have plenty of room for parking, a boat trailer, or jets ski's. plus, we have a BOAT LAUNCH 1/4 mile from the house.

It's Great for kids of all ages or anyone visiting schools in the area like Mass Maritime Academy or Tabor Academy. It's close to The Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, and 1/2 hour to catch all the ferry's to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard!! It's minutes from Water Wizz, the only water park on Cape Cod and 1/2 hour from Plymouth Rock or Providence, RI. Take a sunset Cape Cod Canal cruise from Onset Beach only miles away or go whale watching at a variety of locations within 30 minutes. It's just 1 hour from great sightseeing places like Boston and The Newport Beaches & Mansions. Whether you decide to be adventurous and explore the many attractions nearby, or you just want to relax at the cottage and walk to the beach, you will be sure to have an incredible "No Stress" vacation.
