There is ample seating for all with a six-seater dining table and island counter seating for six more. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in one of the plush, window-side sofa chairs. Need to check in with the office during your stay? No problem. The home features a dedicated office and desk space, perfect to steal away and catch up on work.

Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
