AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Our 2BR/2BA second floor beach condo is perfect for your Port Aransas retreat. We have a very spacious floor plan with our living area open to the kitchen and dining. Our living room has a flat screen TV and cable; the living space also overlooks our roomy covered deck. Our fully equipped kitchen, with designer tile backsplash and all stainless steel appliances, has plenty of storage and counter space for preparing family style meals or snacks for the beach. Both bedrooms are located off the main living area. The primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. Our second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk, full bathroom and flat screen TV.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

High Dune is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering High Dune the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

This was our second time staying at this rental and it continues to be just perfect. We love cinnamon shore and all of its amenities. The condo is clean with all the comforts of home. We just love it!

Relaxing and needed

Mu husband and I needed to get away for a quick relaxing weekend. We were referred to Cinnamon Shores by a friend who stayed there and thought we would give it a try. We were so impressed by the condo, first class all the way. The beds were so incredibly comfortable I actually slept until 11:00 am, which is something that had not happened since my college days. Mission accomplished, we left happy and recharged. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who visits.

One of the Best Two Bedroom Rentals

Electronic locks were a big improvement over key access issues we had in a previous stay at another complex. We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Shores.

October Get Away

It was perfect for what we needed. The only suggestion I would make is that the owner update the pots and provide a muffin pan. Turnkey Management gets an extra star. I left a belonging at the condo on accident and within 5 days they mailed the item back to me.

Family Beach Vacation

The pools were large and clean. Property was quiet after 10pm, which was nice for families who have younger ones. The only cons were the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 2nd floor, beach chairs were set-up too close to the next guests, and beaches could have been cleaner. Overall, will return again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at cinnamon shore two years in a row. In 2024, it was fantastic the property was basically brand new and you definitely felt like you got your moneys worth based on the condition of the property. This year, you can tell the property has definitely taken a lot of wear after just a year. Our door handle to the front door of the property literally came right off and maintenance couldn’t really do much about it during our stay. The front door had warped due to weather and would close all the way and the key pad was low on battery so it wouldn’t open consistently.

We had issues with the heater not working and the tv but once we were able to contact the office they repaired it. The office staff is pleasant. Not very friendly. The location was great because we were close to all of the restaurants and snow cones. We really enjoyed zooming around on the golf cart and visiting all of the pools. Extremely Nice Rental Unit

There were only sheets and the blanket in the closet was too small for the bed. I would also suggest some light blocking drapery in the master. We had to run out and get sleep masks. Every think else was great and we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Cinnamon Shores! We loved this rental with the exception of no hot water for the first 24 hours. We called maintenance Friday evening when we had no hot water and they sent someone to try and fix it. They were unable to do so and explained they had previous trouble with the hot water tank and thought they had solved the problem. She explained that a plumber would be out first thing in the morning. A second maintenance man arrived after lunchtime next day and was able to fix it. I appreciate that it was fixed by Saturday at after lunch but for that price it is hard to justify being unable to shower for the first 24 hours especially at the beach with a child.
