We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, as our goal is always to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay for all of our guests. Regarding communication, we make ourselves readily available through the VRBO messaging platform, as well as via phone and email provided both on our keychains and on-site signage. We always aim to respond promptly and assist whenever needed. As for mosquitoes and humidity, these can occasionally be present due to our tropical island environment. That said, the unit is equipped with multiple mitigation measures, including mosquito traps and two high-capacity air conditioning units, which are designed to quickly create a comfortable indoor climate. Concerning your departure, we understand that travel plans and excursions can sometimes run late. Unfortunately, we did not receive a request for a late checkout, and our team had been waiting 2 hours to begin cleaning in preparation for incoming guests. When there is availability, we are always happy to accommodate late departures when communicated in advance. We do take your comments regarding the interaction at checkout seriously and will be addressing this internally to ensure all guest interactions remain professional and courteous. As per the departure message sent by you on March 31, 2026 at 11:33 am states, and I quote: "Thank you for an amazing stay! Your place was absolutely stunning, clean and well appointed. Dishes are done, ice trays full, towels are gathered and the AC is off. We also left a partial case of water in the guest closet for whomever it may serve. Thanks again!"
