Parc La Quinta is a private gated community of 150 homes, each privately walled, in an immaculate park like setting. Our 1800 square foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, your own private salt water pool with tanning shelf and spa with cascading waterfall. The location of our home offers spectacular views of the Santa Rosa mountains from your own private oasis. The house is situated on a cul de sac with wide flat roads and a park at the end of the street which is ideal for the younger members of the family.

On entering the house, you will be welcomed by an open living room with high ceilings, brand new tile floor, beautiful Natuzzi leather sectional sofa and a formal dining table and seating for 6 people. Walk on through to the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and there you will find everything you need from your coffee maker in the morning and blender for those cocktails around the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook table with seating for 4 with fabulous views to the garden.

Next to that is the family room where you will find a wood burning fire and custom built concrete fireplace. Above that is a 55" TV. The house is set up for WIFI (400MBPS for remote working) and you will find a desk in the corner where you can set up your lap top and stay connected if you so wish. You also have free long distance calling throughout North America. Also on this floor you have your brand new washing machine and dryer and downstairs washroom. Off the family room, you will find an entry way to the 3 car garage.

Sliding French doors take you outside to your own little piece of heaven. Here you will find BBQ and alfresco dining for 6. Several very comfortable loungers are spread around the garden for your pleasure. Whether you like to lie poolside in the sunshine or prefer to read a book in the shade, our garden has it all. You cannot fail to find relaxation under these blue skies, with the mountain views and the sound of the waterfall from the spa into pool. Watch the humming birds as you sip your morning coffee. Enjoy the saltwater pool and relax on the tanning shelf. Pick lemons and limes right from your own fruit trees and sip a cocktail under the stars at night. Whatever your needs, this house meets it all.

At the end of your day head upstairs and enjoy an amazing nights sleep as all of our beds has top of the line memory foam mattresses. There is the master suite with King size bed and patio doors open to a balcony with yet again mountain views. Again with a large screen smart TV. Fabulous ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower, soaker tub and huge walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and built in closets. Third bedroom has full over full bunk beds and large smart TV. This floor also has the 2nd full bathroom with tub and shower.

The whole house is climate controlled with powerful AC, has new paint, recessed lighting, top of the line bed linens and towels. All furniture and many appliances are new and modern and we are sure you will not be disappointed.

High speed wifi is available throughout the house. (400 mbps). Live TV and recording is provided by Hulu

The whole house is yours. Saul, our 24 hour concierge, will be available to answer any questions or provide help if required - just give him a call.

The home is perfectly situated in the heart of La Quinta. There a numerous world class golf resorts just a few minutes drive as well as the famous Indian Wells Tennis Club. Its proximity to the unique La Quinta Village, and many restaurants and shops is superb.

The backyard, Spa, & Pool area was where we spent all of our days. Furnishing outside were very nice & comfortable. All the services pool & Lawn Care were friendly & efficient. The Interior spaces allowed us to relax or work, snack or dine. Kitchen was well appointed & all appliances were lovely. We were right at home cooking, preparing, and relaxing in the family room. Bedrooms were appointed with sufficient furnishing to support our longer stay. The neighborhood was quiet & a beautiful park was so close to enjoy. Beautiful views as you walked out in the morning for a quick walk.

Very enjoyable stay!!

From pre-check in communication, the check in, and throughout our stay, communication and information was excellent! This included the owner, Nicola, our concierge, Saul, the pool guy, Ericke, as well as very friendly neighbors! We very much enjoyed the pool, spa, and beautiful house! And we found the location central to our golf activities as well as close to shopping, restaurants, and other activities we enjoy. We hooe to stay again !

Great pool!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and the pool was amazing. We were there in July so the neighborhood was very quiet. There are lots of local restaurants and stores close by. Palm Springs also has some exceptional restaurants a short drive away.

A Beautiful and Peaceful Place

We stayed in this beautiful home for the month of November 2024. It is definitely a 5 star vacation home, very spacious and well appointed throughout the inside and pool/spa area outside. The neighborhood is quiet and exceptionally well maintained too. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was from 1St Nov 2022 To 31St Jan 2023 It is rare to find a property that acutely matches the listed description ! All issues (minor in nature) was handled by the owners and property manager in a speedy and efficient manner! The only complaint we had if any would be the weather which was unseasonably fickle Would consider returning next season

Great Stay in LaQuinta!

This is a comfortable well-equiped home suitable for both couples or families. Convenient location, close to stores, shops, restaurants, golf, etc. This smaller gated community offers renters peacefull surroundings in a comfortable and secure environment. The spacious and private back yard is north facing, so expect minimal morning sunshine during winter months. It is reassuring to have a local property manager/concierge available to answer questions as they arise. We can recommend this property.

Perfect location

Nicola's home was situated close to every amenity needed! The town of La Quinta was a short drive or bike ride away with lots of excellent restaurants and Art festivals. The home was well decorated with comfortable beds and a great backyard, which lent itself well to both sun worshippers and shade seekers. The pool and spa heated up quickly and the fruit tress were a treat. Nicola and her manager Saul were great to deal with. A lovely neighborhood! Thank you Nicola for sharing your home with us! It gave us a chance to explore the La Quinta area and have decided that this is where we will buy when we are ready.

Like home but better!

We (2 adults 1 schnauzer) stayed at this wonderful home in Oct / Nov 2023. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this place is near the top, and is certainly as advertised. Nicola graciously arranged for an earlier check in as our drive down from Alberta was quicker than we thought. This place had all the comforts of home and the highlight was the incredibly equipped kitchen and of course the back yard and pool. All the appliances are new, and work amazingly well, including the washer, dryer and hot water tank. The bar fridge kept beer just below freezing and the other side kept wine and champagne properly chilled. The Roku TV's were in each room, and had every sporting event imaginable. We especially enjoyed all the old TV shows we watched as kids. There is very little early morning sun as the yard is north facing and the neighbors have an extremely large tree. The owners arranged for a major trimming of all their trees during our stay, which dramatically increased the day time sun at the pool. Their concierge Saul, pool guy Eric and the gardening crew were very attentive during our 35+ day stay. We had three different adult couples stay with us for half our time and this place was enjoyed by all. The house is perfect for four adults. Two smaller kids would be fine in the spare, bunk bed room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet and low volume, outdoor music was permitted. This isn't the case in many neighborhoods. We would definately return!

SO relaxing!

We had a very relaxing stay at Nicola's home. After being at home, locked down during COVID since March, it was a welcome change of scenery - away from the dreary, gray, wet weather of the Pacific Northwest. We stayed for three months and didn't want to leave. The house was the right size and location for us -- me, my spouse, and our dog. The pool is on the shadier north side, which was nice in the hot weather. The south-facing front living room has a beautiful view of the sunrise on the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains. I'm an early riser and I really enjoyed the quiet mornings looking out the front window with my coffee, watching the sun cast its warm glow on the jagged mountains. The pool is beach-entry with a connected spillover spa. Nights were clear and there was much star- and moon-gazing from the spa during cocktail hour. Pool and spa were extremely clean and well-maintained twice a week by the friendly pool lady. There are two prolific lemon trees and fresh lemon juice was never far away. While we were there, the caretaker, Saul, and his crew installed a new fire table which was so fun to have. We could sit outside by the fire as it got cooler in the winter evenings. The backyard is completely private and very quiet. We found the kitchen was pretty basic and not well-equipped for long stays (30+ days). Cookware was fairly worn (Teflon peeling off), plastic drinkware for around the pool was in bad shape, food storage containers lacking. However, whenever we mentioned anything to Saul (repairs that needed to be made, items that were missing or needed to be replaced) - he was so kind and responsive. He replaced the kitchen faucet, installed a new shower head, brought us new baking sheets, hand mixer, coffee grinder, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons. We called him "Santa Saul." There are some things that need some TLC around the home. We shared the specifics with Nicola; she graciously accepted our feedback, thanked us, and let us know that they would attend to those items to make it an even more wonderful experience for others. Nicola and Saul were very focused on making our stay as easy as possible. Both very kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to go back to La Quinta!

Very nice place

The pool and spa were perfect. We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed during our stay an Saul was very quick and responsive to make sure the items were corrected. The owner was very nice and made us feel very welcome in her home. Thanks again for letting us stay at you lovely house.

Great location and pool

We stayed a month and it was wonderful. Owner was very responsive, and local support (pool, landscaping, manager) all very kind and helpful. Lovely little park nearby. Walking distance to old town La Quinta, and we enjoyed the Sunday Farmer’s Market. The only thing missing was a real office, so if you need to work remotely, you might have a problem with privacy for zoom meetings. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Our third stay in Nicola's house. We enjoyed it very much again despite the disappointing weather in the desert. The property is very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen basic. The house is tastefully decorated and the furniture is contemporary (see photos). The nicely furnished patio is in the shade in the morning. So when you have breakfast outside, when it is not too cold, you are not troubled by too much sun. The pool is really fun and the pool-woman comes twice a week to clean it, so you can really enjoy it. Margaritas in the hot tub are a must! We feel at home (away from home) and are already looking forward to return next year.

Our second stay in Nicola's house. We already enjoyed it very much last year but this year it was even better as Nicola managed to realize some of our suggestions. The property is very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen basic. The house is tastefully decorated and the furniture is contemporary (see photos). The nicely furnished patio is in the shade in the morning. So when you have breakfast outside you are not troubled by too much sun. The pool is really fun and the pool-man comes twice a week to clean it, so you can really enjoy it. Margaritas in the hot tub are a must! Great home with an awesome back yard!

Great home in a fantastic neighborhood with an excellent backyard. Spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying the pool and outdoor living area. Having grass in the backyard was great for our 16 month old grandson. Owners are very easy to deal with and we had a thoroughly enjoyable month in La Quinta. Thank you so much!

Family vacation in Palm Springs

We stayed 2 weeks at Nicola's home. The interior has been updated and shows Nicola's excellent taste in decorating. I love the stainless steel dining room table!! The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. My girls loved the bunk beds! The pool was awesome. Spent a lot of time in there. We were able to see quite a bit of hummingbirds hover above the spa and dip their beaks in for some water! The kitchen and other supplies required for our stay was fully stocked. The house is located 5 minutes from all major shopping and easy to get to the highway from there. This is a great home and location to stay in. We would definitely stay here again!!! Everything was perfect!

March in La Quinta

My family and I just returned from a 1 month stay at Nicola's lovely LaQuinta home. The home is beautifully decorated, very modern and very clean. It is a bright and cheerful place to spend quality time with family. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with every amenity for wonderful meals. The backyard is very private with a pool, hot tub and new and very comfortable outdoor furniture. We were able to enjoy many meals outside at the full sized outdoor dining table. We made fresh lemonade daily with the lemons from Nicola's lemon tree. What a treat! Nicola and her property manager Saul provided excellent communication before and during our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to returning.

Fabulous month of Apr.

Nicola's home was wonderful. My husband and I spent the month of April in this very comfortable house. It is in a great location and was very clean and decently equipped. The back yard and pool were fabulous and we spent many hours there when we were not golfing. Nicola was great to deal with and Saul her local manager was always quick to answer the few questions that we had. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves.

lovely La Quinta home

This house had everything we wanted: quiet small gated community; curb appeal; pleasant nicely decorated interiors; internet &DVR: private backyard with a spa that heated up quickly in the morning and a pool. Owner Nicola was helpful in every way, and local manager Saul was right on top of all questions. We have rented various houses in the area and just about every one had something I didn't like; not this one. Highly recommend.

Great month!

My husband and I spent a great month at this lovely home in La Quinta. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, well set up, with very comfortable furniture and beds. The location is super, an easy walk or cycle to town, and within a relaxed driving range of many good restaurants, shopping and activities. We recommend making a day trip to Joshua Tree national park, taking the tram to the San Jacinto mountains from Palm Springs, and the ladder canyon/ painted canyon hike in Mecca . Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

We really enjoyed the month of November at the home and everything was as advertised and just as the pictures online showed it. We had a couple little problems one we caused ourselves and several others that were handled with a smile and very promptly. The location was great and could walk to many different shopping spots, which we enjoyed very much. Some of our children joined us at different times and everyone had comfortable rooms and enjoyed the patio pool very much. When we get6 a chance to go back we will be sure to check on availability of this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Art

Fantastic Summer Vacation

My wife & I had a excellent summer holiday at this beautiful property. The photos show you exactly what this property has to offer. Very much enjoyed the lazing in the pool, the patio/bbq, the lime/lemon trees and the quiet gated community. Easy to get to Old Town La Quinta, restaurants and shopping. Great golfing nearby. The owner is a great person to work with. Her property manager also very personable, friendly and there when you need a hand. Hope to stay here again in the near future.

We came to Palm Springs for the first time in August 2011 and fell in love. There was no doubt in our minds that this was a place we wanted to come back to time and time again. The moment we saw this property, there was never any doubt that this was the perfect place for us. The location is fantastic. The community is so peaceful and relaxing, yet you are only minutes away from great shopping, restaurant and pretty much any activity you could wish to do whilst on vacation.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house is truly our little piece of heaven. We have very hectic lives and this is where we come to totally relax. We love having the privacy and convenience of having our own pool, set to our desired temperature, where everyone can set there own agenda. We personally are so glad not to be on a golf course. Aside from the privacy and tranquility our own garden offers, we can choose which of the many fabulous course to play and not feel tied to just the one you are living on.
