Fourwinds #201 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft boasting all new wood-like porcelain tile and freshly painted throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have exotic gray/white tone hand-picked granite and beautiful backsplashes. The condo has a modern, clean-line dƩcor with all new flat screen TVs professionally mounted. The master en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom is accessible via the 2nd bedroom and hallway. Hallway bunks, suitable for children and sofa sleeper in living room makes the unit sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. ****No Monthly Rentals

Fourwinds, a smoke free property, is a 9 story building with 4 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 5 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and BBQ grills. 2 car limit. 25 year age limit to rent.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Perfect Stay

Such a great 2nd floor condo located in a smaller building steps to the beach. The condo was in a great location and very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a mini-vacation and the condo was PERFECT for our stay.

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. We enjoyed that it was a smaller building and not a large mega condo. The restaurant across the street called Wolf Bay was walking distance and had the most amazing food. We will definitely be coming back to the Fourwindsā€¦

The place was in a good location it was not crowded at all condo was smaller than picture showed. Our family had 4 adult and 4 kids age 9,10 and sleeping arrangements wasnā€™t the best. Key pad that lets you in the room died on us and we had to sit outside and wait for someone to come, it took almost a hours. We had a great trip the condo just need be updated.

Loved the location, the place looked exactly as the pics. We had a great view on the 2nd floor. My only complaint and you may not could even call it a complaint considering it was just so hot outside, would be the front bedroom stayed 5-6 degrees hotter than the rest of the place. It's like there was no air circulation in that room. We did contact the property manager and she sent maintenance to us with an extra fan. Other than that I would say everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay! Towels were scarceā€¦ a few extra would have been more convenient with our group of 4 people. Floors need a good mopping too. Other than that, we had a great time and kids enjoyed the bunks.

Everything was in working order in the condo, and there was plenty of room for 8 guests. The only inconvenience was that only 8 sets of towels and washcloths were provided, so we had to wash them every day to have enough to go around.

Nice Location

It's a decent place. The best thing about this condo is the location, it is right on the beach. However, the place was not the cleanest. The master bathroom smelled like urine - it was bad enough that I had to buy sanitizing spray. The smoke alarm battery started going dead two days into our stay. The master bedroom does not cool properly. My husband was walking to the smoking section at night and the property manager shined a spotlight at him...very inconsiderate. Spend your money elsewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at Four Winds. The condo was clean and quiet. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were in good condition, too. I was a little worried before our stay when I read the list of things not provided, but it was actually not a big deal. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and three detergent tabs for the dishwasher for our one-week stay. The location of the building was good for us, as Orange Beach seems to be a little quieter than Gulf Shores. The rental company was great to work with anytime we had questions, and we enjoyed borrowing movies from their office, which was a nice perk.

The condo itself was clean and up to date on appliances etc. We as a family of 4 grown people stayed in the condo comfortably. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom is all the way in the back of the condo (from the balcony) and that room stayed hot the entire time we were there. There was a nice fan provided that kept the air circulating; we just could never get it cool without freezing the others out of the condo. That is not a show stopper for us though...we will be back!!

I was very happy with the location and proximity to the beach and pier as those are our two most visited spots. The building was quite and with it being a smaller condominium construction we never waited on the elevators. When we arrived we carried everything by hand to our rooms making several trips without knowing there are carts kept in the hiding holes (would have been good to have a sign letting guests know about this) is my only complaint. The pool was clean and never over crowded with people. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was plenty of parking although the sign for the condo is kind of small and we would just about miss it every time but at no fault of the condo the building next doors shrubs and sign kind of over shadow Four Windsā€™ sign. Great place to stay and we will definitely be retuning again.
