Beachfront with a View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an amazing stay. Very clean, everything we needed was right there. Having early morning coffee before sunrise was the best! Very quiet and slept like a Baby! Restaurants very close proximity & plenty of things to do and see! Enjoyed my stay very much!

The property itself is nice but the elevator situation at this place is terrible. At least 5 min waits every time, elevators are always full, etc. ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property itself, but we’re sorry the elevator experience made getting around the resort so frustrating. We understand how inconvenient long waits and crowded elevators can be, especially when coming and going from the beach or carrying belongings. The elevators are operated and maintained by the building’s association rather than our management team, so unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their operation. That said, we absolutely understand the impact this has on our guests and will continue to share this feedback with the appropriate property management team. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

Absolutely amazing. First time traveling just me and my partner and the location and amazing, the room itself was perfect and the views from the room were great.

Vacation 2025

Condo was excellent! Super nice place and the view was incredible. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Weather was perfect! Our favorite restaurant was The Alibi! We went deep sea fishing at Captain Anderson’s which was so much fun. Only complaint is the wait for the elevators. We had to wait 40 minutes for an elevator when checking out, but besides that everything was wonderful.

Elevator nightmare

It’s a great location and room but extremely difficult to get around in an efficient manner. Took 1.5 hours to get out of the room and luggage to the car due to the elevators.

While we manage the unit itself and strive to ensure it meets high standards for comfort and cleanliness, the elevators and common areas are overseen by the building’s Homeowners Association. Room was ok but the toilet in hallway bath was clogged upon arrival and after 2 days of messages they finally came to unclog it. After that the sewer smell was so bad in the entire place we had to stay out of the room most of the day and night. When we would wake in the mornings it was so strong sewer odor made some of us sick to stomach and headache. Notified the facility but they said they could not guarantee when someone would be there. The reamainder of the stay had to be with balcony doors open constantly. No one mentioned the parking garage being across the street on level 2 only so getting your luggage to and from is a nightmare. The elevators are either broken most of the trip or extremely slow. The view was beautiful though, that was all the positives in the room.

Great stay, our only issue was the lounge chair on the balcony was broken and unusable. The staff was great and accomadating, room was clean and ready early. Beach view was amazing. Both ourdoor pools were great and had plenty of seating. Would definetly stay there again.
