Park City Newpark 5 is a cozy yet spacious townhome, located in the heart of the Kimball Junction community. You will be within walking distance to all the terrific amenities such as shopping, restaurants, nature park, trail system, and a recreation center. Take the free shuttle bus and go just about anywhere in town; Deer Valley, Park City Resort, Main Street and more!



This condo has two levels, 1,345 square feet, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms — all to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.



You can enter this townhome through the garage or the front door. You will then step into the first level main living area holding the living room, kitchen, full bath, and dining area.



Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a comfy lounger, a 55” TV, a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you can enjoy the views of the nearby Swaner Nature Preserve. The deck also offers outdoor furnishings and a private hot tub.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and bar seating for three



Dining Room: This dining area offers a bistro-style table with seating for four.

Master bedroom 1(upper level)— King size bed, 45” TV, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring a spacious tile shower.

This condo in Kimball Junction was amazing! Kitchen is fully appointed, beds are very comfy, private hot tub on the deck, quiet neighborhood..What's not to like. Five minute walk to grocery store and plentiful other shopping opportunities, ten minute drive to fabulous skiing! Thank you Park City Newark 5!

Great location cute townhouse

Convenient location ; good for walks and easy to get in and out. Garage will be tight for larger SUVs but a great advantage for cold weather.

Nice unit but LOTS of traffic noise and COLD!

Pros: close to everything, nice furnishings, garage, hot tub, decent layout, responsive rental mgr, washer dryer worked well, home felt cozy. Cons: a lot of highway traffic noise, unit was 45° inside when we arrived 1st night!!!! Took ages to warm up! They came to help, but we were really cold the first night, beds were freezing. Doors and window areas stayed cold all the time. The garage was very narrow and very difficult to enter/exit due to odd angle of entry and no auto opener was provided. Couch pillows stained and dirty looking, bed pillows smelled like dirty head and noisy paper tags were never removed. The walking path was a pro/con, people walked by the LR sliders all day long, many looking in so felt a little exposed. The heat was not 100% under our control either, we came home from skiing ready to shower and thermostat was set at 60° even tho we had set it at 70° when we left. We were cold for almost the entire week we were there! There was a hot tub outside which was nice apart from even louder traffic noise, but no bubbles as the jets didn’t work.the unit showed wear with a long honey do list needed. Summary, mostly nice if u don’t mind highway traffic noise and being cold.
