The primary bedroom features a king size bed and black out curtains with each additional bedroom featuring queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like AC, heating, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, in-ground pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit, putting green, pool table and a breath taking view from the wrap around porch with plenty of places to lounge while overlooking Pages Creek, your stay will be stress-free. The baths come equipped with hair dryers and showers for added comfort. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Wilmington and our enchanting house has to offer.

Home is located near the historic Sycamore Bend Estate, event center for weddings and events.

Our Vrbo stay at this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath low-country home on Pages Creek was unforgettable! On private land, it offered stunning creek views and total seclusion.Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to Wrightsville Beach, great restaurants, and grocery stores, with easy access to everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Yet, it’s peaceful and tucked away. We enjoyed porch sunrises, backyard kayaking, wildlife spotting, and a deeded boat slip.Outdoor highlights included the refreshing saltwater pool, spotlessly clean hot tub for starry soaks, fun putting green for family games, fire pit for s’mores, outdoor shower, and BBQ deck.Indoors, the open layout, gourmet kitchen, luxurious master suite (spa bath, creek views), comfy bedrooms, plush linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and whole-house generator made it feel like home.Impeccably clean and thoughtful – we left refreshed and eager to return. Highly recommend this luxury gem!

One of the best VRBO experiences we've had since we started using this platform 8 years ago. We're a family of 5 with kids 12,10,7. Pool was salt water and had a umbrella in the pool to relax. Wrap around porch was very relaxing as we watched our son fish in the river. Pool table in the play room was a great area for the kids to escape to. Your 15 mins from the Wrightsville Beach and 20 mins from the airport. The Ocean was amazing and Blue as we used our Boat membership from Carolina Beach in the inter coastal. You will not be disappointed with this home. Interior feels like a brand new home lushly furnished. I'm sure I'm missing other items like the new hot tube that overlooks the river but you'll have to visit and explore for yourself.

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at the Gee’s “Dun Deal” near Topsail and Wrightsville Beaches… and let’s just say, it’s officially a done deal for us. We won’t stay anywhere else in this area again. From start to finish, the host was amazing-responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Her detailed instructions and local recs were spot on…especially Rx Chicken & Oysters down on Castle Street!The home? Immaculate. Spotless clean, fresh, and clearly cared for. You can tell this isn’t just a rental; it’s a true second home. Fully stocked kitchen (spices included ), soft towels, quality linens, and all the little touches that make a big difference.The game room was a hit (pool table, darts, big-screen TV), and the whole space is stylish, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after beach days at Wrightsville (just 10 miles away). The saltwater pool, hot tub, and wraparound porch? Yes please. Bonus: a 5-hole putting green overlooking Pages Creek… peaceful and unique, even for non-golfers.Beautiful views, perfect layout for groups, and every detail thoughtfully done. This place exceeded expectations in every way.Highly recommend… we’ll absolutely be back.

This place is an absolute vacation masterpiece. If you’re looking for a rental that actually exceeds the photos, this is it. We barely felt the need to leave the property, the beauty, serenity and entertainment options are ceaseless.The outdoor setup is a dream. Located on beautiful Page’s Creek, wildlife is abundant. Mornings in rocking chairs on porch drinking coffee, spending the day in pool and hot tub, lounging in the enormous swing while looking out at the water & nights making smores by the firepit were all highlights of our trip. Even the putting green got a ton of use—it's high quality and a great way to kill an hour before dinner or to warm up before a round at one of many local golf courses.Inside, the game room is a total knockout. The pool table is in great condition, and the overall vibe of the house is both luxury and comfort. It’s rare to find a spot that balances high-end amenities with such a welcoming, "home away from home" feel. 10/10—we’re already looking at the calendar to book it again next year.

The scenery is beautiful and the wildlife is abundant. The fish are always jumping in Pages Creek and the birds enjoy catching them. If you like serenity, this is your place!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is not at the beach but it is very close to Wrightsville. You can spend your days by the pool, evenings on the porch or by the firepit or in the jacuzzi. You can choose to spend time at Wrightsville Beach but you can get away from all the hustle, bustle, traffic and noise and spend some quiet days and/or nights on Dunbar Rd at Dun-deal!
