Tucked away in a quiet, picturesque setting, Pasture Bedtime combines comfort and character, making it the ideal getaway for couples, solo travelers, or small families. The thoughtfully designed space features a comfortable queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen w/ keurig coffee maker, and a living area that invites you to unwind after exploring all that Franklin has to offer. Stroll to The Factory's unique shops, restaurants, and live music venues, or enjoy the vibrant energy of the Pilgrimage Festival just a short walk from your door. When you’re ready to relax, the peaceful surroundings and charming cottage vibes will make you feel right at home.



Important details:



-Unit occupies 2 people (queen bedroom).

-For parking, continue down the driveway and park in the marked guest parking spot.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Coffee maker provided

-Guest bathing essentials starter pack provided.

-Toiletry starter pack provided.

-Fresh linens provided.

-Smart TV provided to login to your favorite subscription accounts.

-Free high speed wifi.



Note: Please be advised that there is a large uneven area on the living room floor, which is currently in the process of being repaired. It is stable but may feel slightly raised when walking over it, so please watch your step.



Other things to note:



- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

- For guests protection, there may be security cameras located at the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside the home.

-No outside guests allowed on property.

-We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.

-For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



Other Things to Note:

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
