Nestled on 5.5 acres in the heart of charming Franklin, TN, Cabin Creek Farm is just 3 miles from Main Street and 20 minutes to Downtown Nashville. A unique property that is "away from it all" yet "close to everything." Cabin Creek Farm is the perfect choice for families, couples, small reunions, or corporate meetings. Beautiful outdoor front gardens include a stone patio with fire pit, seating for 6 - an ideal setting for your relaxing evening. This cozy get-away has a large open living/dining/kitchen that is perfect for entertaining, connected to a beautiful deck with additional seating for 8, plus a gas grill. A sophisticated home with 3 spacious bedrooms that sleep 6-8 people; 1 Master King Bedroom Downstairs, 1 King Bedroom Upstairs, 1 Double Queen Bedroom Upstairs. *A Full Bed and/or Pack-n-Play can be set up in Master upon request for an additional fee. There is also a Cottage house on the property that is available as a separate rental. The Cottage is perfect for 2 extra guests or as a mother-in-law suite. We can't wait for you to experience our enchanting Cabin Creek Farm!

I stayed for a few days with my family while checking out the area. Melissa was very helpful and welcoming. The property was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet, nice sitting area outside, grill, kitchen was stocked with cookware and everything we needed as a family. It's close to downtown Franklin and a short drive to Nashville. We all loved it. I couldn't imagine a nicer place to stay

This was the most lovely organized and well appointed home we have stayed in. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions and had many comforting extras for her guests, such as a s'mores bar that was over the top. The outdoor patio and fire pit were delightful and we spent our evenings there surrounded by Nature and chipmunks! The house was super convenient to shopping and yet felt like we were miles into the wilderness. We wanted to stay longer and canceled one night out so we could sit around the fire again. Any one would be lucky to stay here.sincerely

What a wonderful retreat in Franklin, TN! Three couples shared the house for three nights and we had a fantastic stay. The location was so convenient for outings to downtown Franklin and it was easy to get to the freeway for trips into Nashville. We loved gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. It is just as pictured on the website. We also enjoyed the great room for watching football. Some spent a little time out on the deck off of the kitchen.Our host Melissa has put together a first class place to retreat with friends. She was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We were all so delighted to see the S'More bar she had set up in the kitchen with all the fixins for yummy campfire snacks. She also had firewood there for us to use although we did replenish it. I was so impressed with the linens. The bath towels were plush and seemed brand new. And the bedding was so cozy.Should we decide to vacation again in Franklin with a group of friends or family, we would not even consider looking for a different place to stay.

Nature wonderland

The secluded property down a long wooded drive with a moss covered yard had the grandkids kicking off their shoes to feel the cool soft undergrowth. The toasted marshmallow fixings, the fire pit, the porches along with first class appointments made this stay our best ever. Nothing can compare to this in early fall.

Family weekend

This is an amazing property. The wooded setting is beautiful and convenient to all things Franklin , Nashville, and Leipers Fork. The home’s interior is beautiful, clean, and open floor plan allowing for a great gathering space. I highly recommended this property!

Idillic Forest Cabin Setting Near Franklin

This is the best rental property I have ever stayed in. The setting is dreamy, the host is dialed in and fantastic, and the cabin is well appointed. Fantastic review! I will definitely be back.

Great relaxing location

This home is well appointed. The beds and lines are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal and serve it! Beautifully stocked! In fact, we had a chef come in for a meal and the serving dishes were high quality and plentiful. Very close to town, yet you feel as though you are in the middle of the woods. The outdoor area is fantastic! We sat out there and enjoyed the fire-pit both nights of our stay for hours. We even saw some deer. We watched the birds and the squirrels out the front window in the mornings. The guest house is located directly off the back deck, but the house still felt very private. It did take us a minute to locate some of the light switches. There are a few (primary bath) not located in the room itself, but outside in the hallway. The shower for the primary bath is located in the guest/hallway bathroom and is accessed by a connecting door in the primary bathroom. Melissa was great to communicate with and accommodating. We look forward to coming back. The s'mores bar was probably the biggest hit of the trip!!

Perfect location for a college roommate reunion!!

Melissa was great, very clear information about check in, etc... She gave us great info about local restaurants and a festival happening in Franklin during our stay. The home was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Was cozy and exactly what we needed.

Wonderful spot for a girls trip!! Location was convenient to Franklin shopping and dining, but the property felt like a remote cabin in the woods. I would highly recommend!!

Our family visits Franklin several times a year. We have stayed many places but this is our first choice. Great location. Very private. Love s’mores by the campfire. Feels like home.

We flew in to visit friends for a couple of days then continued on to another VRBO in DC for a friends wedding. We barbecued one night and just hung out and talked by the fire pit. Second night just hung out in the comfortable living room and talked until midnight.

Secluded yet close to everything

We loved the house and especially how close it was to Franklin, Cool Springs and Brentwood. Not a bad drive to Nashville either. Lots of restaurants nearby (we loved North Italia and Bricktops), and we always love a stop at Frothy Monkey for great cold brew coffee. Beds and pillows were comfy and the sheets were heavenly- so so soft! The living room is a comfortable space with a beautiful view. The entire house was also very clean. Melissa was great to work with and incredibly accessible. Definitely check out her recommendations for food, drinks and local sights!

Cabin Creek is Awesome

We had our yearly girls getaway to the Franklin / Nashville area and Cabin Creek was the perfect get away. The home is very well maintained and there are many options to hang out inside and outside as well. There is a large back porch that we used when the weather was nice. The fire pit area was fantastic too for a chilly evening gathering. Melissa was so easy to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable. I have already recommended Cabin Creek to other friends. We all highly suggest enjoying a getaway to the Franklin area.

The property is nestled in an enchanted and tranquil wooded area. Deer (and adorable fawn) make a daily appearance and the turkeys are right behind them. It feels like you are miles away, but you are so close to everything. This property is definitely a hidden gem!
