Very enjoyable

Perfect house for a big family

It was a perfect size for our family of 21 everyone fit perfect. The house it self is beautiful but it does need a few small updates like the pots and pans and pack n plays that are provided and the WiFi is a bit slow. Other than that our family enjoyed their stay and didn’t have any negative comments

As advertised.

House was what we expected. Had a large group and space was needed this fit perfectly. House could use some touch ups, carpet/paint, newer kitchen items. But overall had everything we needed for a group of 18. Would consider staying here again. Property manager was responsive!

Family weekend

The home was very clean and suitable for 13 adults and three children under the age of four. The pool in the back patio was great. The game room and the overall layout of the house was extremely functionable. The two fridges came in handy for the amount of food we have purchased. Shaun was great and click the respond to any questions prior to us entering the home. We had no issues when we were there. We will be coming back again thanks again, Shaun.

Review

The property needs to be freshen up. The carpeting needs to be replaced and walls in certain areas need to be painted. The kitchen needs to replace or add many essentials. Pot holders, frying pan larger than a 8inch size if your accommodating large groups. Ice maker in refrigerator that works. Both pack and plays were not useable( had to purchase our own at 9:00 pm) Pool table no cue ball, foosball table no balls, batteries in tv remotes and gaming device dead. Closet doors in 2 bedrooms off the track. Grill only half worked, impossible to make a meal for 8.

Enjoyable vacation!

Although there were a few items that were damaged prior to our arrival. We made a list and they were handled by Ricky our on site maintenance man. More importantly, the Pool and hot tub were fantastic and heated to a very comfortable temperature. Plenty of room in the 2 refrigerators. We also enjoyed the resort facilities including the Lazy River an Basketball courts.

Almost Perfect!!!!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property that I hate to point out a few things that could have made our stay absolutely perfect. First and foremost, the house is absolutely beautiful, well appointed and huge. The beds are as stated and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the valet trash service. There were 12 of us. We all had our own space and never felt on top of one another. The house was sparkling clean. There were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were great. The pool was clean and such an added bonus with the nature in back rather than looking at other neighbors. We enjoyed the pool every night after visiting the parks all day. We paid extra for the heating of the pool and spa and it was worth every penny. It did take a bit to get it heated upon our arrival, but it was nice and warm by that evening. The two refrigerators are a bonus for sure. There were dishes, etc., which seemed to be plentiful, except there weren't quite enough coffee cups. The pool table was a disappointment because all but one pool stick had broken tips, and it was bent. So we purchased one at Walmart and the pool table was then enjoyed every day. Another disappointment, and this was a biggie, was the WiFi kept going in and out and we couldn't watch tv or play video games without it buffering or use internet on our phones with consistency. The router seems outdated and became over-heated so it required unplugging it and letting it cool down. Also, there are no pool lights which was ok, but no lights by the grill proved to be very difficult. For the cost of $55 to rent the grill we only ended up using it 2 times because it's very difficult to grill in the dark (even with our phone flashlight). I assume in the summer months this is not an issue. The owner was very responsive as well as the property manager. The clubhouse is in close walking distance. The amenities there were wonderful, except be prepared to purchase a float for $12-14 to use for floating down the lazy river. This is no fault of the owner, but be prepared to spend $$. Our 8 year old loved the water park and the free arcade games at the clubhouse were an added bonus. All in all this was one of the best vacations we ever had. We hated to say good-bye to the house and to the wonderful memories we left behind.

Plenty of Room

House had plenty of room, there were 12 of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Close to Walmart and other stores and restaurants. Battery died on the door entry , property manager was at the house to change the batteries within minutes. Shawn always answered emails quickly.

Family getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location at Four Corners! Our communication with the property manager was great. He was always prompt with all of our questions and accommodating with a request for early check-in. The house itself was very nice and provided enough space and entertainment for all 14 of our family members! The only thing I didn’t realize was that you had to pay an extra fee for the hot tub to be heated for the week and to use the grill. We ended up not using (or needing) the hot tub since it was so hot during our stay but did pay for the use of the grill. Overall it was a wonderful property to spend the week jn and we would definitely stay there again.

Unexpected AC issue quickly addressed by owner

Took a bit to get the check in code but not overly problematic. One AC unit failed in a couple days. Contacted the owner and he had a repair guy at the house within a couple hours (thankfully). Property was nice and spacious. Liked the 2 refrigerators.

Family reconnecting .

All of my grandchildren bonding. There was more than enough space for each age group to gather and have fun. From cooking together, or gathering at the pool, Playing cards in the large den area. playing family fued in spacious lounge area. we had a great time and would like to repeat next year.

Could be better for the price

I loved the location for the property. I have rented in the same location before and the amenities are great at the clubhouse. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to visit the clubhouse pool because it was closed due to poor weather conditions. The property however could use some updates. I will list the pros first. Pros: I loved the couches. They where very comfortable and enough space for my party. I also loved having two refrigerators. With the amount of guests we have we always have a ton of food and having two places for storage was a great option. Also having two separate dining tables was a bonus as well. Cons: The pool needed cleaning prior to our arrival. It had a beer can in it. The carpet on the stairs smelled terrible and needs replacing. The tvs in a majority of the rooms did not have remotes so we where forced to share remotes. The blinds on the patio window need to be replaced. Basically there arent any. The lamp in one of thr twin bedrooms was broken and as well as a closet door in another room. The bed sizes are definitely off. I have a king size bed at home and two of the rooms that where supposed to be king and queen where not. One was a full and the room that was supposed to be a king was a queen, and it was super uncomfortable and the pillows where hard as rocks. The bathrooms need rugs. Who wants to walk on cold floors after showering. New towels are needed. The ones provided are cheap and hard. The front door had a hole in it. The property manager was hard to get in contact with as well as the owner. We purchased use of the grill and he wouldnt respond with the code to unlock it until I called him from a completely different phone number than on file. The owner also did not provide me with the code to enter the home at checkin. I had to call him several times to get it after checkin time. Overall, I would not stay at this property again. The neighborhood is awesome so I will definitely book another property in the same area just not this one.

Great property for 2-family, multi-generational vacation!

Shawn's place was perfect for our two-family, multigenerational vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The twin dining room tables were perfect for dinnertime together and became a favorite place for family game nights. Of course, the house swimming pool and resort pool were exceptional for wearing out the little ones each day. Shawn was quick to answer questions and provided us a wonderful experience for this summer's vacation.

Big home that worked well

We had a large group that stayed here and we all agreed that we really liked this home. When we arrived we were shocked to see the walls had a lot of marks and the carpet was pretty beat up. Overall we were able to overlook the stains because it allowed us to have fun and not be so worried about damaging the already dirty carpet. The kitchen was great and we loved the two refrigerators. The house had everything we needed. When you arrive you’ll want to do a grocery order for garbage bags and toilet paper. They provide 3 garbage bags for the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to do a last minute grocery delivery for these items, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed these for our 6 night stay.

Perfect Home for Large Groups

The home was so spacious. Huge kitchen and dining room seating areas. Home was very clean. I paid for the pool to be heated and it was warm the day we arrived and was very clean. Shawn returned my emails immediately when I was asking questions about the property before and after booking. The clubhouse pool is just a short five minute walk from the house or you can drive. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Disney from the house. Great location. Neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. Kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes and pans. Plenty to cook for our group of 18. Saw an earlier review about dirty carpet but it had been cleaned when we stayed. Bedding was all very clean as well. Would book this house again for sure. We had no issues.
