You'll find the huge MASTER BEDROOM on the Upper Level. It has a king bed, its own wood-burning stove surrounded by two comfy lounge chairs perfect for reading/relaxing, a private deck, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

The Upper Level also contains a large LOFT w/ a nice futon couch that pulls out to comfortably sleep two, another FULL BATHROOM, and a gorgeous, hand-made "woodworker's dream" BAR.

The Main Level contains the LIVING ROOM w/ another wood- burning stove, an attached cozy LIBRARY/MEDIA NOOK with two comfortable recliners, the KITCHEN and DINING AREA, a GUEST BATHROOM, and a separate LAUNDRY and MUD ROOM, which has its own garage entrance.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve.

All bedding, towels and linen provided.

The Lower Level has THREE BEDROOMS and one BATHROOM with a shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a full-size bed, and one has two twin beds (trundle style).

Both Main and Upper Levels have windows / decks / seating areas that look out to gorgeous "winter wonderland" or "summer paradise" canyon/valley views!!

The LAUNDRY ROOM has a washer and dryer, plus numerous cabinets and built-ins for folding/sorting. There is also a separate LAUNDRY SHOOT CLOSET connected to the master bedroom closet upstairs.

There is a TWO-CAR GARAGE (remote controlled) for your exclusive use, with an interior entrance into the house. This is particularly nice during cold weather!

During warmer weather, outdoor dining seating is available. You can also walk down to a running CREEK at lower end of the property. Trees surround all. It is so peaceful and quiet. The fall colors are also breathtaking.

Please note that this is not a "party house". While secluded, the property is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and is meant for those who will treasure its beauty, serenity and privacy, care for it as if their own, and enjoy its proximity to ski resorts and other vacation activities, both winter and summer.

Our home would be an excellent choice for families and friends, as each level offers a lot of privacy, or for those who just want to escape to the mountains without the noise and bustle of the new developments or condo complexes.

We are near world-class Powder Mountain and Snow Basin ski resorts, and walking distance to the Nordic Valley ski resort. In the summer, swimming & water sports are available at nearby Pineview Reservoir & Causey Reservoirs. Biking, hiking and fishing are also right at hand.

The nightlife in Ogden Valley is limited, though there are nice places to eat, a good market, and some charming, small shops. The City of Ogden, however, has a lot of great restaurants, a burgeoning craft brewery scene, music venues, movie theatres, rodeo, gaming, shopping and a wide assortment of family-friendly activities, including simulated surfing and sky diving!

Our local caretaker will check you in, get you situated, and answer questions. Owner is available by phone, text and email. Maid Service is available. We follow all Covid precautions/cleaning very seriously!

Kid Friendly, but not suitable for babies/small children who need child-proofing / gates on stairs and/or around railings. Please discuss suitability with Owner if small children are included in your plans.

Please note there are stairs leading to all bedrooms as none are on main floor.

Upon booking inquiry, the rental contract/house rules agreement will be sent to Guest. Booking can only be accepted after Guest signs and returns it.
