We can sleep 4 adults comfortably and can accommodate 4 adults/2 children; each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for children. Two decks, one off master bedroom, other off living room. The deck off of the living room overlooks BLM (meadow and mountains).

We are on the free Vail bus route that takes you to Vail Village and ski lifts in minutes; easy walk to closest bus stop (TF stop is only 1/10 of a mile). Bus runs every 15 minutes in the winter. We have one reserved parking space.
