Stunning mountain view condo with fireplace, 2 decks, TV (cable and Netflix) & in house washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, non-stick cookware, coffee, tea, dishwasher and disposal,

A tastefully decorated 2-bedroom 2 bath condo with peaceful, private mountain location: one of the best in Timber Falls. We can sleep 4 adults comfortably and can accommodate 4 adults/2 children; each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for children. Two decks, one off master bedroom, other off living room. The deck off of the living room overlooks BLM (meadow and mountains).

We are on the free Vail bus route that takes you to Vail Village and ski lifts in minutes; easy walk to closest bus stop (TF stop is only 1/10 of a mile). Bus runs every 15 minutes in the winter. We have one reserved parking space.

Ski, snowboard, cross country skiing, snowshoe in winter, hike/bike/concerts/market in summer/fall. Flat screen TVs in living area and master bedroom with cable and Netflix. Free high speed Wi-Fi internet. In summer relax on the deck while grilling your favorite meal. +

Enjoy the serene view of the mountains (on occasion wildlife venture out in the meadow). Linens, towels and toiletries are provided. Stacked washer/dryer in condo with soap provided. Enjoy amenities of Vail Racquet Club for small daily fee - heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center & classes, spa, tennis and restaurant/bar or Avon Rec Center offering work out equipment, hot tub and swimming pool. Come and enjoy year-round activities.

Great condo

We had a great stay at this condo unit. The beds were comfortable, condo was well equipped (although as others have said, it is in desperate need of new non-stick cookware). We would recommend and not hesitate to stay here again.

Charming Property Great location in East Vail

The property had a beautiful view of the Aspen‘s off the back deck which was conveniently located at a bus stop only minutes from the east Vail village. We enjoyed our stay at this winter home base, full of many comforts and amenities for our girls weekend getaway. The owner was very accommodating and kept us well informed of details and logistics.

Another relaxing stay in East Vail

Always nice to want to stay again here, like other reviewers have stated as well. This time the summer was so much fun staying here and watching the hummingbirds come so often to the feeders was fun to watch. The condo has everything you need to make it feel like home. Thanks for having us!

College World Series Getaway

Comfortable condo, beautiful view of Aspen trees out the back (saw a deer grazing!) great TV setup, hummingbird food in fridge, enjoyed watching them! It’s convenient to Vail Village and Ford Park. Grocery store nearby. Only heating listed, so take into consideration if summer visit. Convenient for day road trips to other quaint towns. Being from Texas, would stay again in cool months!!

Excellent Stay in Vail

Great place to call home, has everything you need for a stay in Vail. Visits in the evening to Vail Village are short and they have free parking in the garages. Relaxing place with views out the back windows of beautiful scenery.

Perfect location

This is my 5th time staying here. I love the location, the beautiful views from the picture windows and all the place has to offer. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need, which is so nice because we cook a lot at the place. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets and wine glasses. ;) Lynn is so wonderful and responds immediately to messages. I look forward to every visit!

This is a great rental

. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all high end appliances and well equipped.. The views of the mountains and field from the deck are quite beautiful. On a chilly night, a push of a button lights the gas fireplace. The condo is just a short walk to the free town of Vail bus stop. In addition, the owners were always responsive to our needs. The rental gets 5 stars and we highly recommend it. Jim and Lynn

Great place to stay!

My husband and i stayed here for our Vail ski trip. This unit was perfect. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and a short 2:00 walk to the free shuttle to get to the slopes. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had. Close to Safeway and Sims Market for food. Would stay here again 100%

Cozy condo in a great location

We had a great trip! The condo is in a great location and benefits from views down the open space it backs onto. The owners had thought of everything - it was well stocked, orderly, and very clean. We will stay here again!

Quiet Location in East Vail with Easy Bus Access to Vail Village

This is the second year I have stayed at this property. This is a great unit and I highly recommend it. The bus stop for the free bus that goes to the Vail Village Transportation Center picks you up just 2 blocks away. You will be one of the first to get on the bus so you always get a seat. You can take an elevator from the 4th floor of the Transportation Center down to the street level in Vail Village and come out directly across from the covered bridge that leads to the main Gondola in Vail Village. The kitchen, dining room and living room overlook a meadow and woods so even though the entire back of the unit is windows you have a lot of privacy and a great view. They do have shades that can be drawn if you want more privacy. This unit is well equipped. Lots of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, pans, and silverware. But they also have foil, wax paper, plastic bags, paper towels, napkins, some coffee, and olive oil. Food processor, waffle iron, power wine opener, and plenty of storage dishes with lids. Every single drawer in the kitchen is well stocked and not "locked to store owner only items." The closets are fully available and have plenty of hangers. There are plenty of extra towels. There is a bank of hooks in each bedroom to hang your bulky items. So if you forget to bring something check around before you run to the store. There is a washer/dryer inside this property and they have a few laundry pods. Air filter for both bedrooms. Humidifier for both bedrooms. We store our skis and poles in the back of our truck when we get home each day so we don't have to carry them up and down the stairs. There is a bench outside the front door in the hallway so you can take your ski boots off and shake off the snow before you step inside. In fact, the only problem with this unit is that people that don't plan ahead will be unable to find available dates.

So cozy with a great view

This was my 5th year of spending New Years at Lynn's home. We love this place because of many reasons: 1. We love to cook and this kitchen is full equipped for everything you need. 2. The view of the mountains and trees is beautiful and so peaceful. 3. It's quiet and cozy and you never hear the neighbors. 4. The fireplace is the BEST and perfect for winter. 5. Everything is spotless and the linens are great! 6. The parking lot is plowed daily when there is snow. 7. The free bus stop is a quick 5 min walk. 8. Vail Village is 10 mins away by car 9. The Racquet club has a great little restaurant and the spa is so great to use with a day pass. 10. After 5 years of staying here, it really feels like a home away from home in the mountains. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. Thanks Lynn!

Bravo, Vail

This was an excellent vrbo experience. Our hosts were probably the best you’ll find on any rental website, friendly, accessible prompt and helpful in addressing questions about their property. We love East Vail but pretty much everybody here and in Vail for that matter has to deal with the drone of I-70. It was tolerable for me and I used ear plugs at night when I kept the windows open. The condo is exceptional for a couple of 70 year olds as ourselves and we would gladly rent the unit next summer

Cozy Condo w/everything you will need!

My sons and I enjoyed every minute we had in this cozy condo. We enjoyed the views from the living room while sitting by the fireplace. Everything you could think of needing. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent East Vail Village Location - 2 Bed 2 Bath

If you want a nice place to stay and easy access via bus to ski VAIL then this is a great place. However, don't be surprised if those of us that have stayed here before have already booked it again for ourselves. This unit is well laid out with the two bathrooms between the two bedrooms affording some privacy to people in both bedrooms. The master bedroom had a humidifier which was much appreciated. It also has it's own TV. The kitchen has lots of utensils, a food processor, a waffle iron and plenty of pans, dishes, glasses etc. Teapot, coffee maker and several types of wine openers. All the shelves and light switches are clearly labeled so it is easy to find things and also to put everything back where it belongs. There were extra bath towels, soap, TP, paper towels, dish soap, tea, coffee etc. The location is about a block and a half to the Timber Falls bus stop but the best part is, since it early in the bus route. we always got a seat! Later in the route people rarely get a seat because all the seats have already been taken. It is about a 25 minute bus ride to the Vail Village Transportation Center and about a 20 minute ride home. You can walk directly to Gondola 1 from the Vail Village transportation center. You can also catch a bus to Beaver Creek at the Vail Village transportation center. The bed was comfortable. The gas fireplace turns on with the flip of switch. The furniture in the Living Room is comfortable. We were very pleased and had a wonderful time. We didn't need to move our vehicle, other than to allow for snow clearing, for the whole week we were there. The owners were very helpful when we needed to change arrival time due to the weather forecast (we came a day early before Vail pass closed due to snow). It is a quiet place with a beautiful view of the mountain meadow and tree line.

The views from the living area are fabulous. Close proximity to everything yet very peaceful and quiet. We love watching the wildlife - deer, fox and occasional bear sighting, the hummingbirds in spring and summer and snowshoeing in our meadow in the winter.
