It is on the bus route just one mile east of Beaver Creek Ski Resort, home of World Cup ski racing, and only seven miles west of Vail Ski Resort, the largest ski area in North America.
The large vaulted great room on the entire upper level is fabulous for entertaining your family and friends! With a wall of windows facing the mountains, gas fireplace, long eating bar and island and a generous dining area you will not want to leave.
All bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are privately located on the the lower level. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closets and a master bathroom with a two-sink vanity and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom (bunk room) has two bunk beds with two twin beds above two full-fized beds, and sleeps four adults or up to six kids. The laundry room is conveniently located off the hallway outside all the bedrooms and has a new front-loading washer and dryer.
The entry and half bath is on the split level between the upper and lower floors. The entry vestibule has a wide closet with plenty of room for shoes, boots, jackets, skis and snowboards.
One of the best kept secrets is the Vail bus system which is just steps from the front door of this home. The buses make over 160 runs per day and night to ferry you back and forth between either resort. The location of this unit facilitates using this asset to help you avoid parking hassles and simplify your group's schedules.
When you return you can start the fire, plug in your music, pour a drink and relax. The TV is available via streaming from your personal device. Chromecasts are installed on both TVs allowing you to cast your shows to the TV. You will need to download the Google Home app if you don not already have it on your phone. Eat at excellent local restaurants or stay home and cook in the very funcional kitchen. You will quickly feel very comfortable in this very spacious, warm and light-filled home.
