Charming Family Friendly Condo Steps to the Beach!

You're just a half block from the Atlantic Ocean in this 2 bedroom rental. In fact, you can see a glimpse of the beachfront from the front porch.
While the porch with its wicker chairs is very inviting, so is the rest of the first floor condo, with its family friendly, comfortable furnishings. Easy to imagine cooking up a simple seafood dinner or enjoying take out in the evening. Many restaurants are also close by.
The building is on a quiet street on Cape May's east side, but just a short walk from Convention Hall. After dinner, take the kids for a stroll along the promenade or relax on the front porch and listen to the waves. Sleeps 6. You will have the bottom right side. The building contains 4 condo units. 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor.

Wonderful spot. Close to everything but not on a main street. Very clean, well stocked (except for yucky toilet paper). Would stay there again!

You can’t beat this location. One house back from the beach. Such a beautiful condo, perfectly laid out with beautiful decor. We only had one issue with the fridge during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Start to Summer

Great place to stay, walking distance to many restaurants and places for ice cream. It truly is less than a block from the beach with easy access. Owner had purchased great new beach chairs, umbrella and wagon ready to go to the beach. Outdoor shower and hose made it easy to clean up after being in the sand.Place was very clean and comfortable!The beds are soft and I'm a firm mattress fan, but the rest of my family slept great. We would definitely go back for a family vacation.

Cozy Condo With Great Access to Beach and Shopping

We had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was accessible by text and check-in was seamless. The condo was nicely updated and extremely clean when we arrived. For us the location was the biggest pro of this property - you can literally see the boardwalk (can't see the beach because of the height) and we were within a very easy walking distance to coffee, food, and restaurants. We loved sitting on the spacious porch each morning where we could hear the waves crashing. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our party- 2 adults shared a king bed, and then an adult and child were in the two twin beds. Our third child was in a pack and play that we were able to fit easily within the room with the king bed. While I was initially weary of having to bring our own sheets and towels, this ended up not being a big deal at all and was kind of nice to sleep in sheets that we were used to. Two notes - (1) if you want to park immediately in front of the house it is paid parking but it wasn't too expensive; (2) the dining table is in the kitchen and is up against the wall so only 3 sides are accessible. It is great for quick breakfasts and lunches (we ate most of our meals out), but would not be convenient if you want to do big sit-down meals during your stay. Thanks for an excellent visit- would highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great location! Enjoyed being in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need. The owner was great, too and made the reservation/check in process easy.

Just Wonderful

This property was such a steal for our trip. You walk up the street one house, cross, and are walking up a few steps to the sand. Such a convenience for walking with a bunch of beach stuff. Lovely front porch to sit on any time of day, and the neighborhood, while lively and frequently trafficked, was quiet during the day and night. Walkable to Washington St. Mall and a number of restaurants/boutiques/ice cream, and the arcade. This is perfect for a small family with the two bedrooms, might be a squeeze to truly sleep six since two are out in the living room and that is the only shared space besides the kitchen. It was just myself and my 7-year-old daughter and she LOVED it. Melissa was so responsive when I messaged her about a slight need (lock on the outdoor shower was a little tough) and she had me on the phone later that night to let me know she'd have maintenance out the next day, and they were, and the problem was solved. We were so comfortable there the whole time and it made for some lasting memories. Thank you!!!!

Loved everything about this place!

My family (husband, 4 year old, 16 month old) all loved this place! The location was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of kitchenware, and a beautiful front porch. So cute and can’t wait to come back!

Best trip in years

This property is all that the site and the reviewers say. The unit is beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable! The porch is a delight especially at early morning when we can hear the ocean. Everything is in walking distance, especially the beach. We lucked out with perfect weather so this was a positively perfect week. Thank you Malissa!! We will definitely be returning. (For full disclosure, we were pre season and no one was staying in the upstairs units so I cannot speak to how things go when there is a full house though I doubt it would be an issue)

Beautiful home, great location

Even though we had a rainy stay, we enjoyed our time in Cape May at this rental. The layout, amenities, and decorations are perfect. We enjoyed our downtime at the condo in between shopping, taking walks, and eating at the local restaurants. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Amazing Holiday Getaway

This condo is the best kept secret in Cape May. Newly remodeled clean beyond belief and the best King size bed in the master bedroom at any VRBO we have ever stayed in. The owners taste in decorating and dishes is impeccable!

Great Visit!

We had a great visit! The space is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. There's so much to do within close proximity. We loved the cozy fireplace on the ambiance setting! We would definitely return and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Cape May!
