Thank you for viewing our family's home in beautiful Cape May. We have decided to open up our second home for others to make memories of their own.

Cape May is one of the few locations in the world where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over two different bodies of water. Our family's condo is conveniently located right across from the beach and a handicap beach access. We are a short walk from fine dining, miniature golf, arcade, shopping, and bike rentals.

The condo itself is 1,615 square feet. Top floor has a master bedroom that features a balcony facing east with an ocean view with 1 full bathroom and queen-sized bed. The master bedroom provides one closet in bedroom, dressers and a flat screen TV.

Top floor has a second guest room with a partial southwest ocean view, 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser, full bath and Roku smart TV.

Full size washer and dryer located on top floor.

Full kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a smaller fridge in the garage that is great for chilling drinks. Dining room is open to the living room so the whole family can mingle. Large open living room with access to beachfront balcony. Living room has large flat screen smart TV with DVD player. Living room also features a gas burning fireplace operated with remote control.

Third bedroom on lower level has southwest partial ocean view, one twin size trundle bed, dresser, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The half-garage has an outdoor propane BBQ grill. Low beach chairs and high beach chairs are provided for our guests to use as well as some children's beach toys.

Mattress and pillow protectors, comforters are provided, sheets and bath and beach towels are NOT included. We recommend Linen Ladies for services.

Please use the outdoor hoses located on the side of the condo to rinse off the sand first. Bike racks are located behind C-building. Free parking is available on the street behind the property (New Jersey Ave). The unit has 1 reserved parking spot, and additional parking is available in the reserved spots, also there are no meters on NJ Avenue. Please only use the front of the condo for temporary loading and unloading.

Coming to Cape May for a wedding? This property is great for several couples and located next to The Grand Hotel and other wedding venues in walking distance.

**2019 Please Note there is NEW LODGING TAX for the State of NJ which is now added onto the rental fee, paid by the tenant. This is a State regulation and not the owners doing. Thank your government for that.***

***Please note, we are limited to weekly rentals (7 nights) from Memorial Day through September due to high demand. However, always inquire as cancellations may occur.***

Our trip to Cape May was made even better by our stay at the condo. The location is perfect and the access to the beach as well as the views of the beach and sunrises were amazing. Our host was very responsive (although we had no issues so just regarding normal check-in). We are looking forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. My one thought though is that renters of a certain age be aware of all the steps due to the multiple levels in the property. I should have realized that but that is my fault for not paying attention when browsing the pictures. For the others in the family they all loved the place.

Weekend with girls

The condo is beautiful. We did have a little struggles with the door and just getting comfortable with the keypad. The first floor twin Has a pull out which would’ve been difficult to use if we had the six person but since we were just fine, it worked out fine I may have missed that on the website.

Great weekend in Cape May

In town to visit with family and we are so happy we found this condo. A stones throw from the heart of Cape May and just the best views of the water and sunrise. The sound of the waves crashing as we slept was so relaxing. Can't wait to get back!

Great location and great stay!

We had a great stay here and would definitely book here again! The place was exactly as described and as pictured. It was very clean and neat. Location was perfect ! Very close to the beach and also close to great restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive and great with communication! Definitely would recommend staying here !

Beautiful location- super comfortable rooms!

Great location- we walked across Beach Rd every day for a walk on the beach! Owner recommended a great restaurant and was very helpful. Rental unit was comfortable and beautiful. We would like to return!

Fantastic Stay

The property is just as described. The location is perfect and the owners were great with communication. The extra fridge in the garage is a great bonus. Plenty of beach chairs to use if you don’t want to bring your own.

Great property across from the beach with beautiful views. Close to all the activities in Cape May. House set up was perfect for our girls weekend with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely rent this lovely place again.

Comfortable inviting space for girls weekend

The location was convenient to the beach and some restaurants yet the area was quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and felt very beachy. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels and paper towels provided. Took us a few minutes to open the front door, didn’t realize we needed to turn the bolt knob and door knob. Once we figured it out it was a breeze. Parking was behind the building and easy to access. The deck off the living area was a nice spot to sit, have morning coffee, read or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the ocean. We had a small issue and property owner responded right away. There are a lot of stairs and might not be good for everyone. There is an adorable bedroom and half bath right up from the front hallway. TVs in each bedroom is a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Girlfriend weekend

Property was great- beautifully decorated and spacious. Sitting in the sunshine on the balcony, hearing the waves was our favorite spot. 5-10 minute walk to everything but nice and quiet and away from everything when you come back.

Father Son Bonding Weekend

We have several generations that have been coming to Cape May so being at the beach is in our blood. Linda grew up in Wayne, PA and Bruce in Haddonfield, NJ. Linda spent her childhood in Cape May with her family and Aunt who had property in town. We have lived in Bucks County, PA for almost 40 years. We were fortunate to have a beach house for our two girls to spend their summers at and began renting as they became older and schedules became busier. We now have our four grandchildren enjoying the beach with us. Cape May has a lot of meaning to our family and we are happy you have chosen to view our property and have us open our home to you.

Melinda, Bruce and Linda's daughter has moved to South Jersey and lives with her husband Russ, who live near Ocean City, NJ with their two little ones. They maintain the property and handle the rentals. We are always available during your stay to help with any issues that may arise.

Being able to walk across the street and be at the beach is wonderful! Especially with little ones and many strollers, and beach toys it's perfect for the family who doesn't want to drive to the beach. It's a great luxury to be so close to the beach and walking distance to the center of town but enough distance to enjoy quiet evenings.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Beach and ocean views from all rooms. When the weather is not too hot or cold, it is great to have the windows open and listen to the waves crashing. Fall asleep at night listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Our porch is great to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning and relax with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. Installed Winter 2020- gas fireplace with remote, great for winter getaways. Convenience is key and when you are sitting on the beach and nature calls or you forgot to bring something, the condo is only a quick walk across the street.
