Private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom resort condo perfect for families, couples, or friends. Fully furnished and sleeps up to 5 guests with additional Queen pull-out sofa. Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, large TV, and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub and shower. Second bedroom includes a full-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Towels & linens and starter kit of essentials provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. (4) Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, also provided.

A washer and dryer are also available, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip. To make your beach outings effortless, we've included a wagon, beach umbrella, 4 chairs, and 6 beach towels—just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit! The beaches of Destin await you! We ask that all beach towels and beach furnishings are cleaned by the guest and put away as these are provided by us personally and housekeeping does not clean them.

No smoking, weed, or vaping in the unit or balcony. Strictly enforced! (designated smoking areas outside)
No parties.
No pets.
Must be 21 to book and ID will be required at front desk upon check-in.
No unauthorized guests: IDs may be required upon booking.

This is not a hotel but our privately owned home. Starter kit of essentials we be suppled for your stay.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals at the beach can be expensive. Enjoy our complimentary (6) beach towels, (4) beach chairs, umbrella, and a folding wagon. Please put them away clean so they are ready for our next guests’ enjoyment.

Other things to note.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Area Rules

Everyone must observe the following regulations to comply
with public health safety authority requirements and to ensure comfort and
safety to all:

1. Pools and hot tub use may be used only during posted hours The
Palms prohibits use of swimming facilities between 10 p.m. and 9
a.m.
2. All must shower before entering the pool
3. All must remove bobby pins and sand before entering the pool.
4. No food or drink may be consumed in the pool or within 6 feet of the pool. No
glassware may be brought into the pool area.
5. No boisterous games, running, skating, shouting or “horse play” is
allowed within the pool area.
6. Responsible adults must accompany children under the age of 12 in
the pool area.
7. No dogs or other animals are allowed in the pool areas.
8. Small individual floats and rafts are allowed in the lagoon pool only. No large floats. No Styrofoam.
9. Only proper swimming attire is allowed in the pool areas. Non-potty trained toddlers must wear swim diapers in the pool, no disposable diapers allowed.
10.For health safety reasons, only 18 years and older are allowed in the hot tub.
11.At times, we have attendants, not lifeguards. Swim at your own risk.
12.Any items left in the pool areas will be placed in lost and found and
discarded after 1 week.
13.No one should swim alone.
14. Do not move pool furniture into the pool.
15. Only small coolers are allowed in the pool areas.
