Pat was by far the friendliest and most responsive host we have had. The three bedrooms gave me a goldilocks experience and I found one that was just right. There is also a TV in each bedroom,, not just the primary. Pat split the backyard with a fence which was great for letting our dog roam around in the morning. Pat even provides a pooper scooper and a covered can. Pat even has a stack of dog towels for muddy feet or doggy bath day. The living room is the best we've enjoyed for comfort. No cheap rickety furniture in this house, or a short hard couch that hits you mid back. The living room TV is huge, and the WiFi never went out even with near daily thunderstorms. It was nice to recline and watch movies while Denver experienced record heat. The kitchen is fully stocked and the ice maker and dishwasher actually work. It is large, giving room for multiple people to cook together. We stayed for a month so it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We had a couple of issues having the host living in the basement, mainly because we have never done community type living, and when we brought them up to him, he addressed and remedied them right away. Pat was very conscience of our privacy, asking permission before coming up. It was obvious his goal is to provide a great experience for his guests and assure everyone's comfort. The location is convenient with many restaurants, bars, and attractions not far away. Our favorite was Sloan Lake which was only a few minutes up the road.
