Relax with large sectional couch in the living room and enjoy a spacious kitchen with an island for cooking family style meals. Get a good night`s rest in three bedrooms, one with a king and two bedrooms each with a queen. Two and a half bathrooms provide enough space for everyone to get ready for the day.

Plenty of storage space to unpack and feel at home during your stay!

A desk and office chair make a nice little workspace for sending off emails and keeping up with the office.

A beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, electric grill and hammock make it perfect for backyard BBQs.

A washer and dryer are both available.

Parking in the driveway for two cars and free street parking.

The residential area is quiet with mountain views! There are parks nearby with playgrounds for children, walking trails, and frisbee golf. The neighborhood is a short drive to restaurants, museums, and hot air balloon rides.

The location is very close to Phoenix Children`s Hospital.

A car is needed for easy transportation. Uber and Lyft are available.

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.

We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our cleaning team has adequate time for our next reservation.

If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
