- Spacious Group Layout: A fully equipped kitchen and open living area provide plenty of room for up to 10 guests to gather comfortably.

- Pet Friendly: We love dogs! Your non-service pups are welcome to join the trip for a small fee, and they will appreciate having a fully fenced backyard to play freely.



🏠 Inside the Home:

- Living: Our open concept layout provides seating to gather, featuring a pool table and a card table right in the action.

- Kitchen: Equipped for group meals with an electric stove, microwave, blender, and an essential coffee maker.

- Bed: Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. Two rooms feature beds, one room has two twin over twin bunk beds, and the fourth room has a single twin over twin bunk bed.

- Bath: Three full bathrooms feature bathtubs, hot water, and complimentary basic toiletries.



⚠️ Honest Expectations:

- Maintenance & Outdoor Spaces: The outdoor patio area is currently undergoing active maintenance. The yard is currently best utilized simply as a fenced space for pets.

- Minimalist Storage: Bedrooms feature minimal furniture.

- Appliance Status: The ice maker is currently out of order awaiting repair. Please plan accordingly and bring any extra ice you may need!

- Entertainment Logistics: We have a card table with seating for three, but please bring your own playing cards. Additionally, there is no TV in the primary bedroom.

- Urban Noise: The primary bedroom backs up to a major road, so you will experience typical city street noise and street lights. We highly recommend packing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

- Cosmetic Quirks: This home is a well-loved rental and does have some minor cosmetic wear.



Guest Access:

- Enjoy a seamless arrival with our self-check in process using a keypad and unique door code.

• You have full access to the home, with parking available in the driveway or free street parking.

• Please do not park in the landscaping rocks.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.



- Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.



- Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
