Enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo in North Central Phoenix overlooking Lake Biltmore. Enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail on your private wrap-around balcony while viewing the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are activities right on the premises, such as catch and release fishing, (catch & release/fishing pole provided), strolling around the lake while taking in the scenery including a babbling brook and waterfall, or taking a dip in the heated community pool and hot tub.
There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Chili's, plus many more. Starbucks Coffee, Barnes & Noble bookstore is a quick walk away! Multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities are close by. Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. For a day trip, check out the Grand Canyon, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from the condo, or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona which is only 1.5 hours away.

The location of the place stood out. It was in a good area and there was a very good view with a walkable path around the pond. It’s a perfect place for a morning walk.

Loved my stay at this lovely condo. Clean. Well stocked kitchen, even for Thanksging baking. Beautiful views of the lake. Great place to walk and enjoy the waterfowl and variety of plants and trees. My grandkids each enjoyed their one on one overnight stay. Hosts were very quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to others and stay there again if I have the opportunity.

This unit was a nice home away from home. It had everything we needed and was VERY CLEAN. It's a corner unit with a wraparound balcony with splendid views of the lake. We enjoyed walking around the lake a couple mornings during our stay. We love how close this area is to GCU - less than 15 minutes to campus! The neighborhood feels safe and there are many local restaurants, grocers, and stores in the area. We would definitely like to stay here again!

10 out of 10, This place is wonderful. Just stop looking and book this place. I Went to a Phoenix for a softball tournament and were 5 mins for the fields (Rose Mofford Fields). The apartment is super clean, the beds are very comfy, and the A/C is nice and cold. Great wrap around balcony with a perfect view of the lake. This place has everything you need, loaded kitchen, fishing rods, tennis rackets, and more. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. I would highly recommend this place. Very roomy and the communication with the host was excellent. This is now my go to place when I go to Phoenix.

We were traveling on family business and this condo was a perfect location for us. The condo was a clean peaceful retreat at the end of every very busy day getting my mother ready to move to a senior living facility. We especially appreciated the large master bedroom that my teenage girls shared and how well the kitchen was kitted out. One of my daughters loves to bake and was able to do so as a stress reliever while we were there.Mary and Cliff were very responsive and the property was great. I just wish we had had more time to walk around the lake. I did love taking my coffee on the screen porch every morning. So peaceful.

It was a great stay! The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us an early check in when part of our group arrived earlier than the rest. It was perfect for the weekend and accessible to everywhere we needed to go.

The place was cute and decorated nicely. The pool was closed which was a disappointment. We did get compensated for that, but it was a reason we stayed there to relax in the pool at the end of our vacation. The owners have good, quick communication.

We had a great time (despite going to a funeral) at your property. It was spotless and well-stocked. I couldn't think of a thing that we thought we needed that wasn't provided including body wash and a hairdryer. The view from the patio was so relaxing in the morning that we didn't want to leave. We never used the pool or the hot tub, but the walk around the lake was nice. And the blow up sofa bed was super comfy. Way better than a traditional thin mattress folded inside the couch. We will be back.

Great place close to GCU

Second time staying here and will continue to be our go to place when visiting our daughter at GCU. Owners communicate greatly. Just an all around great option to stay

Tranquil

This home was just as posted. The screened in patio space made for a great lounge space and having all kitchen amenities available was a huge plus. Nice walking path around the water to get those steps in. Although it was a drive to get to the city, it was close to many food options as well as grocery stores for your own cooking needs. Such a peacful space to stay. Truly enjoyed our time!

Enjoyable and great view

The condo was clean with a large screened in balcony. The view was of the lake and multiple water fowl to watch.There is a great walking trail around the lake also.Pool was clean and enjoyable, also 2 pickle ball courts. There was everything you needed in condo for a great stay. The grounds were well kept

Nice and Comfortable Unit

Our overall stay at this location was awesome. The owners communicated all instructions and provided very useful information about the surrounding are for food, shopping, and seeing some sights. Although our trip was very short (2 days) we enjoyed the unit. It was as described, very clean, and everything you could want or need during your stay was provided.The hosts were great and we will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed

We were very impressed with the check in and out process! The landlord let us do an early check in and late check out because of our flight. We were so appreciative for that! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect!

This property was as listed and actually better than I imagined. It was beautifully furnished, with a kitchen made ready for making meals and comfortable beds. I appreciated the spices and condiments! We all loved the gated path around the lake. My teenage daughter felt safe running the path at night. I only took off one star for the neighborhood because, although it is super convenient at a central location, with many shops and restaurants, there were several homeless people down the street at the intersection of Peoria and 28th. Regardless, we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and convenient stay. The manager was very responsive and we would not hesitate to stay again.
