Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 302

This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom, tri-level property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14433.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⬧ Exterior deck with propane gas grill

Short trip with our teens. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciate the little details for bathroom with shower wash, lotions and extra towels. Beautiful views from master bedroom and balcony

Great place for family ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the spaciousness of the kitchen - dining - living room. The upstairs loft does fit the four beds fine, but would have been a little tight for larger teenagers with luggage. We had 8 people total and were comfortable. Downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Place was well appointed and comfortable.

Front door code entry is fantastic. Guests could come and go without a key. Easy check-in and check-out. Next time we visit Mammoth, 302 Fascination will be our first choice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live staying at Snowcreek but 302 needs updating ie carpet, paint, curtains, cabinets. Although the bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen are clean there’s dust on the furnishings and pieces of trash under the beds. The view from the condo is beautiful though and we love the location on the meadow!

La casa es un lugar acogedor y cómodo, cada uno de nosotros disfrutamos nuestras habitaciones y baños, etc. Todo estaba limpio y nos atendían cuando lo necesitábamos. Realmente queríamos hasta quedarnos más días, de tan agusto que estuvimos en la casa, se sentía como nuestra propia casa> Gracias y recomiendo este lugar para mis amigos, obvio que vamos a regresar en nuestras futuras vacaciones.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at Snowcreek for over 15 years and don’t wish to stay anywhere else. It’s beautiful and peaceful! But this unit is in need of updating. Although the staff does a great job cleaning the condition of the place needs some renovation specially carpets, window coverings, and furnishings.

Review of Unit 302 (302 Fascination at Snowcreek)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in terrible shape and over-priced:1. The master bedroom curtains could not be closed - were broken.2. The TV's had not way to stream media from other devices (apple tv or equivalent).3. The kitchen was sparsely supplied: no griddle for pancakes and knives were all dull other than one small paring knife. No large skillet/pan for cooking sauces like spagetti for 8 people.4. Hot water was not sufficient for more than 2 or 3 guests in a unit that sleeps 8.5. King bed had only two pillows.

Fascination 302 Review

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Snowcreek and I hesitated to write this. Upon arrival, after a 6 hour drive, our entry code didn't work. As soon as we entered, I could just tell that it felt old, not be clean and smelled off. The furniture was dirty so we covered it with the extra sheets. The loft was where we had planned to have our two little boys sleep but the slats on the railing were so far apart I was afraid one of them might fall through the sides! (From the pics on the website, I assumed mistakenly that there was glass in addition to the slats that I couldn't see in the pictures.) We did love the location by the creek, that was beautiful! We will definately stay at Snowcreek again, we have stayed there many times...but will be sure to stay in the newer phase units!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were Snowcreek owners for 20 yrs. and utilized Snowcreek as our rental service provider, so we are VERY familiar with the Snowcreek standards. The complex and location are fabulous - WE LOVE IT!!!! Unit 302 has a great meadow location. The unit itself, however, is VERY TIRED. Yes, there was newer paint and tile in the kitchen, but everything else was original - circa 1980. The furniture was extremely oversized and worn. The carpeting was old shag and impossible to clean, much less sanitize.The door on one master closet did not slide. Every closet had large black garbage bags labeled "owner's property" filled to capacitymaking half the closet unusable.Why not simply lock off a closet and store all the garbage out of sight? Did not make a clean or welcoming sight. The torn seams on the Master BR comforter were noticeable even under the third sheet. Overhead light fixture in the dining area was hanging down out of the socket. TV's were small but adequate. Music system was also very outdated - cassettes went out of use decades ago. The kitchen was reasonably well supplied, but pots, pans, and utensils were haphazardly stored which made their use always an adventure in locating them. The master bath door opening INTO the shower area was difficult to negotiate due to lack of space and definitely not suitable for anyone with a disability. Shouldn't all units at least come close to meeting ADA bathroom standards? Despite its good location,I would look for other units in Snowcreek before I considered staying in 302 in the future. I would be hesitant to recommend this unit to family or friends unless significant upgrades are made. There is no apparent pride of ownership reflected in the condition of this unit. This is just a rental machine !!!!!!
