The unit look just like on the website, all the room was very nice and clean, if you plan to use the oven please check make sure it's clean when we used it there were some grease which cost a lot of smoking also if you plan to use the gas grill on the patio make sure all the heat plates are free of debris which I have to clean before I can use it, the place is very quiet and peaceful except for Friday and Saturday night because of live music from the Brewer restaurant, it was very nice to have a full size washer and dryer at the unit which help with less clothing you need to bring.

Thanks Kenneth for your 5 star review. And thanks for pointing out the work needed on the oven, with your note we're now working with cleaning crew to check oven and bbq more closely between guest stays. We appreciate the heads up and apologize for the inconvenience. We take every comment to heart and try to take action immediately to maintain a 5 star experience for every guest!! Also, please note that per the town plans, this will be the final season for Summer 6-9pm music next door, as the Mammoth Brewery is scheduled to move their facility to the next block. Once again, we're sorry to hear if the music effected your stay. Treehouse Vacation Rentals

This property worked perfectly for our family of 14, including 6 kids 10 and under. It is clean and well stocked with all essentials and the location was perfect for us, particularly the easy access to The Village shops and restaurants and Mammoth Brewing Company next door. We were very pleased on all fronts. The tight stairwell that connects all three levels could be challenging for elderly although that did not affect us. Communication with the owners was always immediate and simple. We will definitely return!

Thanks Don for your review! Glad to hear our property configuration worked well. We've designed the home to fit multi-families and larger groups comfortably. We take pride in providing a 5 star experience, and so your reviews are music to our ears. We also should note that for those challenged by stairs, our common elevator does reach both living room and bedroom levels which helps accommodate your entire group. This place was great for our two families! Located next to the Gondola and right there in the Village! The only thing missing in this space was a boot dryer- which was much needed after a day of spring ski, but other than that the kitchen was stacked full with everything needed to cook, plenty of towel and linens, and a open plan kitchen with adjoining large family room and fireplace. Hosts were quick to respond in communications. We had a great stay!

Easy communication with host. Smooth check-in. Great location next to gondola. I have stayed numerous times in this complex, this unit is definitely one of the best. Location in the complex is convenient. The best feature of the unit though is its use of space. Every square foot has been maximized and thought out perfectly. 8 real, comfortable, beds, and it never feels cramped in the sleeping areas. Highly recommended. I will try to rebook this unit when I return.

Thanks Tony for your review! With eight proper beds plus pullouts and foldaways, our two units are each designed to accommodate up to 15 guests, and with our two units located across the hall from each other, we have many larger groups renting both units for multi-families, sports clubs, corporate events, etc! Our proximity to the Village is important for larger groups as being right next door to the Village, everything is walking distance taking the stress of shuttling around out of the equation! Thanks again Tony. We hope to see you again soon!
