Refinished baths with a full tub & stand alone shower with built-in bench. New furnishings, tempurpedic quality mattresses, AND enjoy the sunsets as you are surrounded by the beauty of natural treescapes on 2 covered levels of private patio decks. We are located in the park so if you book with us, your reservation serves as your park reservation as well!

- A direct walkway from the driveway to front door without stairs allows handicap access.
(unlike many other homes in the area that require a hike up long or multiple staircases).
- New hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, and furnishings throughout.
- Custom kitchen, complete with essential cookware and starter paper products to kick off your stay.
- Pick up some firewood, too and get cozy by the fireplace in the living room.
- Renovated bathrooms, now featuring a tub and walk-in shower with built-in bench, and always completed with fresh towels for max occupancy.

- Bedrooms now feature Tempurpedic quality mattresses and soft, fresh linens that are professionally sanitized.
- Outdoors has two levels of private covered patio decks, featuring seating and a 4 burner grill (with propane provided).
- 2 large garbage bins are provided and eco-friendly instructions for the National Park are provided at check-in.

The entire home is exclusively private to you with a driveway right outside the door that allows parking for 3 vehicles.

The home's location is also the best in the park being central to all the sights:
-8 miles to Glacier Point / Badger Pass (ski/snowboard area)
-20 minutes to the infamous Yosemite Tunnel View
-25 minutes to YNP valley floor
-14 miles to historic Wawona
-35 minutes to Mariposa Grove & Goat Meadow(has snow play in winter)

We prefer to communicate via your booking app or direct text unless there is an urgent matter.

Since cell service is so limited, we instruct all guests to save the home's WiFi information ahead of departing for your visit. Upon arrival to the home, you can then enable WiFi-calling upon arrival to the home.

Yosemite West is this national park's premier neighborhood. Nestled into a mountainside central to both main gates, it is minutes from the park's main attractions in both directions, and close to some of the world's most famous vistas and popular hiking trails.

*CELL SERVICE for Yosemite and surrounding areas is VERY LIMITED for ALL providers. Your signal WILL be spotty.

Lots of nice hikes close to the neighborhood. View points and even winter recreation/summer golfing are also nearby, but you will need a car to get to those and Yosemite Valley from the house.

Wireless reception in Yosemite National Park is very spotty for ALL providers. We provide Starlink at the homestead for you to connect your personal devices!
Guest acknowledges and agrees to follow house rules and notices as provided by FAVEcations, in any property’s listing, any reservation communications, and in any guest guide book. Host provides local area information as well that is specific to the premises. Any FAVEcations property is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by not more than the listed maximum persons and vehicles allowed. Any alterations to the property is prohibited, including but not limited to, moving furniture, wall decor, adding or changing locks, placing signs, displays or exhibits, using screws, nails or adhesives, etc. Host reserves the right to charge Guest if any such alterations to the property are found or any rules are not followed that do not already have a specific fee mentioned as outlined in FAVEcations Terms & Conditions.
