Camp Rocky Top TN is a retro- themed mountain getaway for honeymoons, anniversaries, families, and friends! Experience a "Campy" cabin/ chalet with all the modern amenities while being surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, wildlife, trees, the Great Smoky Mountains as your backyard. This is the true essence of Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The three levels of decks at the property allow you to relax with coffee and enjoy the sunrise, or have a full meal on one of the picnic tables with friends and family. The views of Mt. Leconte and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are spectacular!

Close access to the Ski Lodge at Ober Gatlinburg provides both winter and summer fun, and the property is easy accessible via the Gatlinburg By-Pass without the traffic hassles of downtown Gatlinburg. If you chose to go into Gatlinburg, the property is a short distance from Main Street (less than 2 miles).

During your stay, you will have unlimited access to the entire property and it's amenities: 3 decks/ patios, outdoor hot tub, outdoor seating and BBQ Grill. Additionally, the interior of the home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, living spaces, sleeping areas, bathrooms, indoor jacuzzi tub, and washer/ dryer.

In addition to access to the Camp Rocky Top TN property, your stay also includes access to three clubhouses and pools in Chalet Village, including multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, and clubhouses. Please note that the community pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The home is protected with a full security system that you will have control of while in the house, as well as cameras on the exterior decks and driveway. The home can be accessed via keypad on the main floor and bottom floor.

PLEASE NOTE: The game room on the bottom floor can only be accessed from the exterior deck. There is not an interior staircase between the game room & the main living areas.

STACKABLE WASHER/ DRYER
There is a stackable washer dryer that is located on the stairwell in the property. Please be careful when accessing the washer/ dryer, as it will need to be loaded and unloaded at an angle on the staircase.

DRIVEWAY TO PROPERTY
Because the property sits on a ridge along the Great Smoky Mountains Park, guests are required to drive an S curved driveway at a 15 degree incline to access the home. The owners have not had any issues accessing the driveway, however, a guest may find the curve and incline to be steep..... especially the first time!

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 28 YEARS OLD TO RENT THE PROPERTY DUE TO PREVIOUS INCIDENTS. If you are below the age requirement, and are traveling for work, please send a message to discuss individual situations.

NO CONCERT OR MUSIC FESTIVAL GUESTS.

NO PARTIES
No parties, No Smoking inside the property, and No Pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced, and subject to a fine. Please review House Rules in section below.

NO PETS
We do not allow pets at the property due to the proximity of bears and other wild animals in the forest, as well as increased cleaning fees. If pets identified on the property during the stay, there is a $300 fine per pet in addition to additional cleaning fees and damages at property.

SUPPLIES
Housekeeping provides starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher detergent, which may need to be replenished by guests for longer stays. We ask that guest provide firewood for the fireplace, charcoal for the BBQ grill, and coffee pods for the Keurig.
