Family Summer Beach House.


Bonnet Shores family friendly home has the best of both worlds, views of Wasquage Pond and less than a 10 minute walk to Kelly Beach. Corner double lot allows for plenty of parking and privacy. 1st floor: kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 season porch with dining area and 2 bedrooms (queen & full). Basement: kitchenette/living area (with sleeper sofa), bathroom (shower only) and 1 bedroom (2twin beds). Covered outdoor sitting and dining areas. Outdoor shower to rinse off! Air conditioning unit cools common area living spaces. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. We love pets of all kind, unfortunately we have a strict no pet policy. Thank you for looking!

We only live about two hours away from the property but felt like we were states away! Spacious and very accommodating! Easy communications which was super helpful and hope to return again!

Quiet and beautiful.

Spacious home with nice view of pond. Close to beach with easy walk or bike ride. Very safe neighborhood to bike ride in. Courteous drivers aware of pedestrians. Nice yard with privacy and beautiful landscaping. One improvement could be box,occilating fans or air conditioning unit especially for bedroom downstaits. for for bedrooms

Short flat walk to the beach and salt pond.

The point of staying at a beach house is the beach. This wonderful house (clean and comfortable, is stocked with linens and kitchenware) is an easy walk to the beach. If you like kayaking or canoeing bring your vessel, there is short walk to a salt pond great for paddling.

Stress free vacation

Cannot not say enough nice things about this home away from home. The property is beautiful and clean and the communication with the owner is great. I highly recommend renting this property. Some highlights; flat walk to the beach, stocked house, ample space.

Relaxing home away from home

You can tell that everything at this house has been thoughtfully been taken care of. From the charming decor to the ample appliances and linens. We instantly felt at home while on vacation. The house is spacious with an open layout accompanied with a beautiful view of the salt pond. A very short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this house for your dream vacation.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Bonnet Shores. The house was located a short walk to Kelly beach and it was so convenient with kids. The property owners were also very responsive when we needed something.

Great House: Excellent Vacation

We have been renting houses all over the world and in the Bonnet Shores for years. This is the 1st time we have rented this house from Beth and Toni. Considering COVID-19 and all uncertainties and complications during this year the hosts exceeded our expectations. This is one of the cleanest houses we have ever rented: spotless rooms, sanitizers, face masks (!), more than enough cleaning and paper supply, etc. At the end of our stay one of us lost a tiny earring without a hope finding it. Beth found it in the drains! You can imagine how careful and hard the hosts are working and preparing the house for their guests. The owner was quick to respond to any questions before our stay and during our stay. Everything has been organized for the family to relax and to spend a good quality time from the beginning. All items on the property are exactly as listed and described on the website, even better. The area is beautiful with a walking distance (5-7 minutes) to the shores. Beth is a wonderful host which we fell in love with! Thank you, Beth and Toni, for making our stay safe and comfortable – we enjoyed every minute of it.

Bonnet Shores is the best family beach

Property was clean. We love the area. We rode bikes and scooters all week. Beach is not crowded and great food in the area. House was nice and we enjoyed the porch the most. There are trees that block a good portion of the pond view but you can still see it and drink your coffee On the deck with a great view. Sunsets Over the pond are beautiful. We had a great week!!

Relaxing Beach Week with Family

Just what we hoped for - house was clean, comfortable and better stocked than other vacation homes we've had in the past. Beach was smaller than expected and very crowded, but we were there during a vacation week.

Beth's home exceeded our expectations -- spacious, wonderful light and views of the pond, and comfortable. The Bonnet Shores neighborhood is super quiet, friendly, and beautiful. Beth was a responsive and thoughtful host!

Lovely family beach vacation

Property was very accessible to the local beach (Kelly Beach). What was shared on line site was accurate and spot on. Lovely beach community and perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. Lucked out with nice weather which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend this to other renters and communicating with Beth was easy and pleasant.

Perfect House and Location!

The house is walking distance to a private beach. The beautiful sunroom has views of the salt pond which I found very relaxing. The downstairs was where the kids hung out at night playing scrabble and cards. Their own little living quarters. Lots of extra amenities that enhanced the vacation and made it easier. Nice linens and towels provided. Bikes, beach chairs, candy for the kids. Town beach down the road where my kids surfed in the am and pm. The Coast Guard House with great food and marvelous view of the bay. The location at Bonnet Shores allows you to bypass the traffic during the busy summer. Just wonderful all around!!!

Our beach vacation at Bonnet Shores

The property was great. With many amenities. Clean, spacious and close to the beach. Property perfectly located for a trip to Newport . The owners were very nice and responsive to our needs. Perfect for our family. I would highly recommend. We definitely would stay again.

An ideal summer vacation by the sea

The house was inviting and comfortable for the six of us: a 70s-something couple, our son and daughter-in-law, and two young grandkids. I like to cook on vacation and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen made it possible to have festive family meals in an airy, light-filled sun room with a large dining table and even a high chair for the 3-year-old. The beautiful beach was a 10-minute walk and the owners thoughtfully provided a fold-up wagon for transporting chairs, toys, and lunch to the beach. I can't say enough good things about how the owners have made the place family-friendly and when we ran into a minor glitch they responded immediately with a great solution. We are not really TV watchers, but there is a large screen TV complete with free Netflix; the only thing we missed was a chance to watch Red Sox games. (We got over it!) The backyard was spacious enough for the kids to be able to play games when we were not at the beach. There's a very good small grocery store just a 5-minute drive from the house. Anyone willing to drive 20 minutes to South Kingstown will find Ocean Catch Seafood with an amazing selection of very fresh fish and shellfish at reasonable prices. This was our first ever vacation in Narragansett and I would highly recommend the locale and this terrific beach house. Bob Crossley

Location! Location! Location!

Our first vacation rental at Bonnet Shores was a terrific all-around experience. The convenience of the salt pond and Kelly Beach were the highlights of our stay. Not to be outdone, the house was clean, spacious, comfortable and fit our needs quite well. The air-conditioned sun room was especially great for dinners and relaxing evenings. A couple of minor issues were immediately resolved with the responsive owners. All in all, a great vacation experience.

Great location, beach vibe, extra touches

The walk to Kelly Beach is a straight shot with a view of Wesqueque (sp?) Pond along the path. Our teen daughter and friend loved the privacy of the downstairs while the upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Extra special touches like 4th of July sparklers and a beautiful candy jar display delighted our kids. Any questions were responded to very quickly.

Fantastic property, location and owners!

This rental was perfect for us. It is a short walk to a great beach, beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious! The owners are very nice and had special touches through the house to make our visit enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and rent again!
