Lovely West Harwich Cape on quiet street, large yard, ten minute walk to beach!

Enjoy the large, fenced, professionally landscaped yard and patio. Walk 12 minutes to Belmont Beach, 10-12 minute Bike Ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and visit the local highlights. Go to the nearby Herring River to kayak or rent kayaks, paddle boards a few minute drive to the Bass River. Go-Karts, Trampolines, Arcade, Mini-golf and of course plenty of seafood nearby. Local watering hole at the Irish pub with live music, also walking distance.
The house is beautifully decorated, ready for you to enjoy! Main bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. Second bedroom has 2, twin beds and the third bedroom has 1 twin bed with a second bath in between. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. There is also a day bed which can be used for sleeping. The living room has a couch and chairs. Could be a nice reading area. There is hardwood flooring throughout. The updated kitchen is fully equipped to cook including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, added Kuerig Coffee, and opens to a cathedral ceiling family room with ceiling fan and large windows to let in the sunlight! It houses a 40' flat screen Smart television with 200+ channels of cable TV. DVD/CD player and a stereo for music. Also included are an newly updated outdoor shower (Fall 2020), a laundry area with new (Fall 2020) full size stackable washer and dryer, outside Weber 3 burner grill and xfinity broadband 300mb Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking allowed inside.
We supply bedroom linens, 4 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs on the property.
Outside is a stone patio, 80" wooden table and chairs, seats 6. Two Adirondack chairs and small tables. Basement access has beach toys for children and a hammock for outside lounging.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required at reservation. Credit card

The house was in a great location - only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided as well as all bed linens which made less items to pack. House set up was spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Enjoyed the stay. Check in very easy. House extremely well stocked. Host very responsive. Local small free beach 10 min walk - no parking. Otherwise, several nice beaches with amenities are a 5 min drive. Dining, shops, live music in Harwichport is a quick drive and very nice.

Second year staying here. Two thumbs up

Stef has a very well appointed house. We had a big family reunion and of the three houses this was the favorite for location and comfort. We have already requested to come back next summer.

nice house in quiet neighborhood

Lovely property with a nice yard in a central location. Kitchen was stocked with some spices, oil, sugar and coffee. There were plenty of clean towels for use.

Another Great Cape Cod Vacation

This is our 4th year staying here. We love it. House has absolutely everything we need -- inlcuding towels and sheets. Family room is fantastic for getting the crew together. Yard is very nice and private. Location is great. We'll be back!

Harwichport Beach Getaway

We had a great time at this Harwichport cottge. As advertised, it was close to the local beaches and to the towns of Dennisport and Harwichport. Everything you needed was provided. The backyard was beautiful and we had many great cookouts on the grill provided. Great place to share summer time with family and friends.

Cape Cod (Harwich) 4th of July Vacation

Everything was great as usual. This is our fourth year staying here. House is a great place for family get togethers with a large family room. Everything that you could need is available, including a large stock of towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay!

The cottage was the perfect size and layout for 3 adults and two active boys. Plenty of space for gathering and bedrooms being away from main living area made it easy for us to be on our own schedules. Pleasant Rd beach was our go to - just a few minute drive. Activities for kids are also just around a few bends. Great weather and no crowds made for a perfect week. Thanks Stef!

2024 Cape Cod 4th of July Vacation

The home is perfect for our family -- our fourth year here. Very comfortable furniture/beds. Family room is great for everyone to get together and company. Great supply of towels and sheets. Kitchens have all the appliances and utensils that we need. Even a great supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Patio and yard are private and good sized. Great location to beach, stores and restaurants.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just a great as we remembered it! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable. We love the big windows in the living room, the fenced in yard, hammock, and location. We had several rainy days while we were on the Cape and really enjoyed relaxing in the house, reading books, playing games, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions or communications we had with them. We hope to return!

Lovely stay

Very comfortable and livable accommodations. Excellent layout for a family. Host was quick to respond to questions. Only surprise was the yard is actually not fully fenced in and only mostly enclosed. This does make a difference for very small children who like to run... fast!

Great stay!

Wonderful week on the Cape! We have two young children and this cottage fit our needs perfectly ... it had everything we needed and more! Loved that linens and towels are provided. Stef was very helpful and gave us many suggestions for family friendly beaches and activities in the area. We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you so much!! :)

July Vacation in Harwich

As with the 2 previous years, the house and owner were great. Every year they make the home even better -- this year there was a new washer & dryer, roof and outside shower. Family room is tremendous place to hangout with friends and family -- with outdoor patio just a step away. Will be back next year.

Wonderful House

We LOVED this house and it fit our needs perfectly. It has so many windows letting the sun in, has so many unique touches and is furnished so comfortably. The only thing that needs improvement is the outdoor shower. But at least it has one!! The owner was so responsive and attentive. I hope to stay here every summer!

Wonderful week in West Harwich

This house was the perfect property for us. We had our 80 year old parents and my Aunt with us and we had plenty of space. Everyone remarked on how comfortable we were and how well equipped the house is. It was more than we expected. Stef is a great host. We are going to book two weeks here next summer if it is available. Highly recommend.

We have owned this property since the 1950's where my grandfather founded and started a local seafood and ice cream restaurant, in 1953. It's located in Dennis Port and it's still there today, Kreme N' Kone. Known for it's onion rings, fried clams and soft serve ice cream.

This property has been passed down through 3 generations. We have spent every summer here as a family and until 2017, we have decided to rent it for others to enjoy over the summer.
We updated the home in 2000 by adding a great room with cathedral ceilings, pushed out the Master bedroom and added a master bathroom with shower/tub.
The yard is large enough for lawn games, barbecuing or stretching out in the hammock. The lawn is professionally landscaped with irrigation and is well taken care of. Plenty of parking on a gravel driveway for 3 cars and ability to park on the street as well. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
