The Space:

Welcome to Sunrise 27! This newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condo is so conveniently located within walking distance to Tamarindo beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! Forget about a car to move around. This is definitely the most unbeatable location and yet very quiet, you'll forget you are in the middle of town,

This ocean-view 1400 sq. ft. condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed and cable TV in the master with dual vanity and a large shower in your own private bath. There is also one queen and a single trundle bed in the second bedroom with a private bath as well and cable TV, for up to 6 people sleeping comfortably. All linens are provided.



The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you might need, it also features granite countertops, wood cabinets, upgraded appliances, and a washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and 24-hour security are included in the rate.



There are televisions in the living room, terrace and both bedrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Gas BBQ on the balcony for your personal use. Large, resort-style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.



Enjoy your ocean-view terrace with a Smart TV, perfect for outdoor entertainment. A shade blocks excessive sunlight, preventing glare while you relax and watch your favorite shows. Take in the stunning views comfortably, with the ideal balance of light and shade.



As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like coffee, salt, pepper, basic spices, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
