King bed, Queen bed, and Full over Full bunk. Central A/C plus Ceiling fans in ALL bedrooms!

There are 2 docks to fish off right in your own backyard! Or rent a boat to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico only minutes away. Direct Gulf Access for sailboats or motorboats; no bridges or locks.

LARGE Pool has an electric heater. It is a southern exposure pool so it gets sun all day... there is a shady place to sit by the pool.

Important Information for Your Stay
• Maximum Occupancy: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we strictly allow a maximum of 6 people in the property. No exceptions, please.
• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are NOT permitted on the property. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this policy to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Utilities: Utilities are included in your stay, but we kindly ask that you be mindful of your usage to help us conserve resources. Please note that excessive usage will incur additional costs.
• No Charging Electric Vehicles: Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on the property.
• Security Cameras: For your safety, there are 4 security cameras around the property:
o Locations:
 1 by the front entrance
 3 by the boat and pool equipment
o Privacy: Rest assured, there are no cameras in the private living space or pool area.
• Garage Use: While the garage is primarily for the owner's use, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer located there. Please kindly avoid touching any other items as they belong to the owner.
• Basic Items: Some basic items such as toilet paper, soaps, and condiments are left in the house for your convenience, but they are not officially provided. We kindly ask that you replace any items you use to ensure the next guests can enjoy them as well.
