The Space:
For accommodations, the amazingly spacious, professionally cleaned and managed uniquely designed loft features a full kitchen, full bathroom, an extremely comfortable queen sized bed, and a couch that folds down to a futon. The home is provided with everything you'll need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Guest Access:
You'll have uninterrupted, private access to the entire space and free use of the exterior common areas, BBQ Grill, outdoor shower, etc. There are also coin operated washer and dryer that you'll have access to during your stay. The home is equipped with Smart Locks for easy check in/ out and no keys to handle during your stay. You'll receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your check in.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for travelers looking for a relaxing getaway or comfortable business travel. The home is located on a residential street a block from Fletcher's Cove Beach. You'll love being within a short walk to everything while still quietly secluded.

Getting Around:
Once in Solana Beach almost all needs can be met and exceeded on foot. Our very close, easily walkable proximity to the Solana Beach Train Station means that you can very simply get to and from hundreds of locations all over the coast and beyond. Going south, the train very easily gets you into Downtown San Diego, very near the San Diego International Airport, Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, etc etc!

Other Things to Note:
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need.

- There is a washer and dryer that is shared with other units in the community that you're welcome to use during your stay.
- There is no off-street parking provided during your stay. Parking is free, first available on the streets surrounding the property.
- The loft is on the second floor, and there are stair to climb to access the unit.
- The sleeping accommodations are one queen bed and the couch is a lay flat.
- The TV is a Smart TV Roku enabled to access all of your favorite streaming services. There isn't cable television service attached.
- Our housekeepers will supply initial stock of amenities you'll need to comfortably arrive and relax. For longer stays, guest is responsible for purchasing items for their use; however, midstay cleans and restocking of supplies can be provided and scheduled upon guest request for an additional cleaning fee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.
